For the purpose of this paper,a high-performance water-based solid color amino stoving enamelswas prepared.In order to meet the needs of the application,the performance of the formulation composition on the paint film was analyzed from the perspective of formulation from two aspects of water-based solid color amino stoving enamelsand water-based silver amino baking paint.The impact of the paper can be divided into two parts:The first part is directed to the water-based solid color amino stoving enamelsformulation system without effect pigments.The hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion and the amino resin were screened and the ratio between the two was optimized.At the same time,the pigment volume concentration and specific volume concentration in the formulation were studied.The influence of parameters on the performance of the paint film,and optimize the optimal pigment volume concentration and specific volume concentration of the formulation system.The effects of wetting and dispersing agents,defoamers,flow surface additives,rheological additives and co-solvents on the performance of waterborne acrylic amino stoving enamelsformulation systems were studied and screened and optimized.Through various factors affecting the formulation system,a high-performance water-based solid color amino stoving enamelswas prepared.The experimental results show that when a hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion with a hydroxy content of4.5% is selected as the matrix resin,with CYMEL 325/CYMEL 303(1/2)combined crosslinking agent,and the mass ratio of the two is 8/1.At the same time,the formulation is set,when the volume concentration of the pigment is 0.08 and the specific volume concentration is 0.13,the comprehensive performance of the prepared paint film is better.The additives in the formulation use DISPERBYK-190/DISPERBYK-2010(1/1)combination wetting and dispersing agent,BYK-015/BYK-024(1/1)combination defoaming agent,BYK-3455/BYKETOL-AQ(1/1)Combined surface auxiliary agent and RHEOLATE 299 rheological auxiliary agentcan improve the appearance decoration and workability of paint film.For the high-temperature baking system,the composite co-solvent BCS/DCAC(1/1)was selected as the co-solvent of the system.The controlled dilution ratio is 10-15%,the construction solid content is 43-44%,and the appearance of the paint film prepared when the construction viscosity is 30-35 s is better.All performance indexes of the formula system can reach the line standard,and can be widely used in hardware,home appliance instruments and other fields.The second part is aimed at the water-based silver amino stoving enamels formulation system with effect pigments.According to the current problems of the aluminum powder orientation difficulty in the water-based formulation system and the high price of the orientation aid,the formulation uses a lower price and has a self-thickening effect.Hydroxyacrylic emulsion;to study the effect of p H adjuster and cosolvent on resin rheology.At the same time,aluminum powder and wetting and dispersing agent were screened to prepare a high-performance water-based silver amino baking paint.The results show that: hydroxyacrylic emulsion is used in combination with hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion,and using 2% neutralizer and 10%BCS/DCA(1/1),the system has good thixotropy,and uses 6μm aluminum powder and low acid value Wetting and dispersing agent,the prepared water-based silver amino stoving enamelssystem is stable,and the flicker and flop effect of the appearance of the paint film are more obvious.Through this process,the formulation cost of currently used orientation aids can be effectively reduced,and the appearance and decorativeness of the paint film can be improved.
