In this age where plastic products are everywhere,plastic waste has become a worldwide environmental problem due to its high pollution and difficulty in degradation.If plastic is processed through traditional landfill and incineration,it will cause more serious harm to the ecological environment.Turning waste plastics into treasure and transforming them into renewable energy can not only effectively solve environmental pollution but also alleviate the pressure of resource shortage,so as to realize the high-value recycling of waste plastics,which has attracted continuous attention from the industry.Plastic cracking can decompose waste plastics into fuel oil,gas and carbon black.And in the cracking process,there is no exhaust gas and waste water discharge,which is more environmentally friendly.The electromagnetic cracking of waste plastics has the characteristics of low energy consumption,accurate temperature control and uniform cracking,etc.,and has broad application prospects.By comparing and analyzing the existing plastic cracking processes,it is concluded that the existing processes generally have problems such as small processing capacity,complex pretreatment,uneven heating,and more impurities in the cracked products.Aiming at these shortcomings,this subject has designed a continuous electromagnetic cracking process of waste plastics suitable for industrialization,covering the various steps from feeding to post-treatment of cracking.This process can achieve high-efficiency cracking of various types of mixed plastics,the processing capacity reaches 200 Kg per hour,and the quality of cracked products is greatly improved.Based on the electromagnetic theory and the study of the principle of electromagnetic induction heating,the factors affecting the cracking of waste plastics aredescribed,and the cracking reactor is optimized.The designed spiral electromagnetic cracking reactor adopts a double spiral meshing structure,which realizes continuous feeding,continuous cracking and continuous discharge.It is more suitable for industrial continuous production.The double helix with special structure plays a role in stirring the material while conveying the material,so that the material is evenly heated.The designed carbon black supplementary cracking device is connected to the cracking reactor and makes full use of the residual heat of the solid product for further supplementary cracking.Not only can it ensure the complete cracking of waste plastics,but also improve energy efficiency and carbon black quality.Dust removal and oil purification steps can effectively remove impurities in oil and gas products,so that the cracked products meet renewable energy standards.The electromagnetic simulation simulation using Maxwell software verified that the designed reactor has good heat transfer efficiency and cracking effect.At present,there is still a long way to go to study the efficient cracking of waste plastics.This topic provides a feasible solution for the industrialization of waste plastics cracking.
