Plastic materials have the characteristics of excellent comprehensive performance,easy processing and application,and can significantly save resources.They are widely used in industry and agriculture and people's daily lives.With the large-scale application of plastics,plastic waste brings major social problems-environmental pollution and waste of resources.The disposal of waste plastics is more difficult and the environment pollution is serious."White pollution"has become a prominent problem of environmental protection.How to deal with waste plastics and realize the comprehensive utilization of resources has always been a topic of concern.In addition to various forms of recycling of waste plastics,the cracking of waste plastics is one of the ultimate environmental protection treatment methods,and it is urgent to explore efficient,economical and environmentally friendly recycling technology.Therefore,research projects on pyrolysis processes of typical components of waste plastics have broad application prospects.This topic analyzes the traditional recycling technology of waste plastics,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various recycling technologies,analyzes the cracking characteristics of plastics,and deeply studies the PVC,PP,PS,ABS,PE sheets that account for the vast majority of waste household waste plastics.Mechanism of products and mixed plastics.The experimental results show that:(1)With the increase of heating rate,the thermal weight loss of PP,PE,PVC,PS and ABS,typical components of waste plastics,all appear to lag.(2)The thermal stability sequence of the typical group of waste plastics is:PP>ABS>PS>PE>PVC,the maximum cracking rate PE>PS>PP>ABS>PVC.(3)The heating rate is 10?/min,the temperature at which PVC dechlorination is completed is 318.5?,and the cracking temperature of other waste plastics is higher than this temperature,the order is that the cracking of the other four plastics starts after the dechlorination is completed The dechlorination process does not overlap with the cracking temperatures of the other four waste plastics.(4)The thermal cracking time analysis of the typical components of waste plastics PP,PE,PVC,PS and ABS shows the time required from the beginning of the cracking to the completion of the cracking:the entire weight loss process of PP,PE,PS and ABS is about 10 minutes,and the violent heat The weightlessness time is 3.7 minutes for PP,3.4 minutes for PE,3.4 minutes for PS,and 4.8 minutes for ABS.PVC plastics are dechlorinated by heating at room temperature to about 265° C until the dechlorination is completed at 318.5 0 C.It takes about 30 minutes in total,and it takes 16 minutes from the completion of dechlorination to complete cracking.(5)The activation energy and cracking mechanism of ABS,PS and actual ratio mixed plastics are obtained.The obtained pyrolysis kinetic parameters have guiding significance for the pyrolysis research of single waste plastic components and mixed waste plastics.Through the exploration of the pyrolysis process of PVC,PP,PS,ABS and PE waste plastics,a new type of plastic waste treatment process-segmented waste plastic cracking is proposed.A new type of experimental device for continuous cracking of electromagnetic waste electromagnetic heating was designed,and the thermal convection simulation was verified by ANSYS Workbench software.These research contents can provide reference for the design and application of industrial plastic waste electromagnetic cracking equipment.
