PTFE/Al energetic structural material is a kind of damage reinforcing material which can cause reaction under impact.Applying this material to the strike weapon can enhance the strike effect on the target.PTFE/Al energetic structural material is intended to be applied to anti-torpedo weapons.Based on this background,its performances of mechanics,combustion and impact were studied in this paper with many various experimental methods.In addition,this paper probed into the relevant characteristics of PTFE/Al energetic structural material in anti-torpedo application.The specific content is as follows:1?Through the Archimedes method,universal testing machine and pendulum impact testing machine,the density,quasi-static tensile performance,quasi-static compression performance and pendulum impact performance of the materials under different match ratios were studied.The density,tensile and compressive strength and cracking threshold of materials of different proportions were obtained,and the result show that pre-impact can reduce the threshold of material response2?The device that was used to ignite the bare drug and detonated the simulated energetic bomb with resistance wire is to study the combustion characteristics of PTFE/Al energetic structural material and the reaction response time.The experimental results show that the ignition time,combustion time and intensity of the naked drug made of different ratio materials under the condition of the resistance wire ignition were obtained;the reaction response time of the energetic medicine block from the ignition to the generated high-temperature and high-pressure gas breaking through the shell of simulated energetic sprojectile is 2.29 s.3?A set of fire tube launcher was designed to explore the impact performance of PTFE/Al energetic structural material under the influence of the attitude of the projectile's target,the launching speed and the proportion.In addition,a set of hitting water test are also set up to investigate whether the projectile will be triggered when it enters the water.The experimental results show that the reaction threshold of PTFE/Al energetic structural material is below 250m/s;the attitude,the launching speed and the proportion of charge projectile have great influence on the impact performance of the material.When the projectile hit the water surface at a speed of 464 m/s or less,no material reaction is caused.To sum up,through experimental research,data and rules of PTFE/Al energetic structural material in terms of mechanical performance,combustion characteristics and impact performances were obtained.The results of many studies will provide important guidance for the application of the material in anti-torpedo.
