Reactive materials are a new type of energetic structural materials,which can be effectively used in various weapons and equipment to enhance combat effectiveness.In this paper,the preparation technology,mechanical properties and energy release ability of PTFE based reaction materials were studied.It provides support for further application of reactive materials.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1).By studying the formulation of PTFE/Al/CuO reactive materials,the processing methods of the experimental materials were determined,and the reactive materials were prepared by cold pressing sintering.The microstructure of the finished product was observed by electron microscope,and the influence of the preparation process on the appearance and morphology of the material was analyzed.2).The quasi-static mechanical properties of PTFE/Al/CuO were tested by testing machine.The quasi-static compressive mechanical properties of reactive materials with different ratios were obtained.Studies have shown that the compressive strength of PTFE reactive materials is mainly related to PTFE,especially PTFE plays a decisive role in unsintered.The Ansys/DYNAmic mechanical properties of the material were studied by SHPB device,and the stress-strain relationship of the reaction materials at different strain rates was obtained.Studies have shown that the proper addition of copper aluminothermic agents helps to increase the Ansys/DYNAmic compressive strength of the material.3).The impact mechanical sensitivity and impact energy release capability of PTFE/Al/CuO reactive materials were studied by the drop weight system.After the addition of the copper aluminothermic agent,the impact mechanical sensitivity of the reaction material can be improved,and the reaction material using the nano PTFE is more sensitive.The energy release ability of each reaction material under the low-speed impact condition of the drop hammer was obtained.4).The Johnson-Cook constitutive model parameters of the reaction materials were fitted using experimental data.The validity of the constitutive model is verified by ANSYS/DYNA and ANSYS/AUTODYN finite element simulation software.Numerical simulation of the process of penetration of the core material PELE bomb into the steel target plate.The simulation results show that the PELE bomb has a good lateral effect when using the inner core of the reactive material.
