Public safety is one of the major concerns of the society.With the increasing number of family cars,traffic accidents increase rapidly.Among the traffic accidents that affect and endanger public safety,the accidents caused by drunk driving account for a large proportion.This project focuses on the rapid non-contact drunk driving detection technology,studies the absorption characteristics of alcohol in the infrared spectrum,establishes the use of TDLAS technology to detect the alcohol content in the driver's cab,and inverts the alcohol concentration.In order to solve the problem that the absorption peak of alcohol vapor and water vapor partially overlaps at 1392.5nm,a 1409.5nm laser is introduced to detect the water vapor concentration,and the absorption interference of water vapor is removed through inversion calculation to obtain the accurate alcohol concentration value,so as to determine whether it constitutes a drunk driving.The results showed that the dual-laser experiment system using 1392.5nm laser supplemented by 1409.5nm laser can effectively detect the alcohol concentration.The lower limit of detection is 30 ppm,which meets the requirements of dui detection.At the same time,this experiment tries to simulate the field testing environment,establishes a set of experimental equipment under semi-real conditions,carries out the test of transmittance of automobile glass and film,and analyzes the absorption characteristics of glass and film.Furthermore,the stability of the experimental system is effectively evaluated,which proves that the experimental equipment works stably and the data is reliable.Based on the lambert beer's law for drunken driving real-time detection provides a new type of optical detection method,and confirmed the feasibility of dual laser detecting alcohol concentration,laid a theoretical basis for new drunk driving method and experiment technical support,not only enrich the theory of the infrared absorption spectrum detection technology research,opening up new application field for TDLAS technology.
