With the development of information industry and optical technology, aspheric surfaces have been used more widely in optical systems.Aspheric mirrors have even become a key component in some optical systems. The manufacturing capability of aspheric mirrors has also reflected the national comprehensive power. As an extremely important processing method, lapping plays an irreplaceable role in the field of precision and ultra-precision machining. So it is of great significance to further study the lapping processing technology. The research carried out in this paper is as follows:First,an ideal machining surface is obtained by analyzing the contact between a single abrasive particle and the work pieces and controlling the relevant lapping parameters;Calculating the depth of the abrasive particles cutting into the workpiece to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of the polishing pad, abrasive particle size and lapping pressure in the subsequent grinding process; Its movement trajectory is analyzed depending on the research on the relative motion between the lapping tool and the work pieces by expanding from microscopic abrasive particles to macroscopic abrasive tools, and the uniform wear and conformal wear theory of the abrasive tool is used to rationally arrange the grooves on the surface of the abrasive tool. The material, shape, structure, arrangement method and arrangement rule of the lapping disc can be selected t and designed by combining the statics and multi-objective drive optimization software of ANSYS.The optimum dimension parameters and the optimum groove arrangement are obtained by optimizing and improving the degree of loss about affecting the grinding tool, the lapping processing efficiency, and the contact stress and contact friction of the work pieces.Based on the design and optimization of the structure of the fixed abrasive abrasive, the abrasive was produced. The feasibility of the parabolic grinding method of the fixedabrasive bending was verified by lapping experiments. The maximum error between the profiled curve and the theoretical curve of the workpiece is 0.0822 mm,with an average error of 0.015 mm.Its error accuracy meets the requirements of aspherical mirrors.Compared with other aspheric processing methods,it reduces processing costs, shortens processing time, and improves processing efficiency. Finally, the technology of grinding aspheric surface with consolidated abrasive was studied.By controlling the single variable method,The rules that the main process parameters(lapping time, relative lapping speed and lapping g pressure)influenced the material removal rate and surface roughness during the lapping process are analyzed.
