Ceramsite is a kind of spherical particle with smooth surface which is processed in rotary kiln with industrial waste residue and so on.it is a new type of building material with environmental protection,energy saving and favorable for waste reuse.it meets the requirements of the state for the development of green energy-saving building materials in the construction industry.the ceramsite concrete formed after mixing with concrete is one of the research hotspots of high performance concrete at present.Ceramic foam concrete is a kind of high performance concrete,which refers to the use of ceramsite instead of coarse aggregate such as sand and stone,mixed with foam prepared with foaming agent to form an apparent density of less than 1850kg/m~3high performance concrete.There are many tiny void structures in the ceramsite.The existence of these void structures makes ceramsite foam concrete have the characteristics of heat insulation,superior fire resistance,good seismic resistance,strong impermeability,low water absorption and durability.Under the current background,China is actively encouraging and guiding the development of prefabricated buildings,especially prefabricated wall panels,is the key goal of development.Therefore,the study of prefabricated wall panels with light texture and high strength as new building materials meets the needs of national development and industry development in the future.The light steel keel composite wall panel has the advantages of low dead weight,high strength,high thermal insulation and sound insulation effect,and easy disassembly.It is often used as an indoor partition wall panel in China.However,there are few researches on the combination of light steel and high performance lightweight concrete.The fabricated light steel ceramsite foam concrete wall panel is mainly composed of light steel keel,ceramsite foam concrete and self-tapping screw.the advantages of convenient work,low cost,environmental protection and convenient transportation.Starting from the mix ratio of ceramsite foam concrete,then from the making of the specimen,the seismic performance of the wall board is studied by test and numerical simulation.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of optimizing the mix ratio,three raw materials ceramsite,fly ash and water were selected as the research objects.The design dry density of ceramsite foam concrete is 750kg/m3.The ratio and fly ash content are used as the research parameters in the orthogonal test.A total of 16 groups of experiments were arranged and designed.Each group produced 6 test blocks,which were cured and tested for compressive strength.The primary and secondary factors of exploring the optimal mix ratio of ceramsite foam concrete have a certain guiding role in the preparation of ceramsite foam concrete.Finally,through the thermal conductivity of each group measured by experiments,it is concluded that the ceramsite foam concrete has good thermal insulation.(2)Low-cycle repeated tests on displacement control of fabricated light-steel ceramsite foam concrete wall panels were conducted,and the test phenomena were recorded,and the failure patterns,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capabilities of the wall panels were analyzed.The test results show that:in the process of low-cycle reciprocating test of the assembled light steel ceramsite foam concrete wallboard,the workability of the light steel keel frame and the ceramsite foam concrete wallboard is better,the combination of the two can improve the work performance,and find that the assembly The light steel ceramsite foam concrete wallboard has better energy dissipation ability,not only the material itself is lighter in weight,but also has better safety and seismic resistance.(3)By using finite element analysis software ABAQUS the low-cycle numerical simulation analysis of fabricated light steel ceramsite foam concrete wall board is carried out.The simulation results are in good agreement with the test results,and the accuracy and rationality of the numerical simulation are verified.
