In this paper,multi-layer graphene was prepared by high-temperature carbonization,alkaline process and KOH high-temperature activation process using renewable resources of rice husk,and the best process for preparing rice husk-based graphene was studied.By exploring the effects of different carbonization temperatures of rice husks and the amount of KOH on the pore structure of the prepared rice husk-based graphene(GRH),the best preparation process of GRH was obtained.According to the BET characterization results of nitrogen adsorption analysis and testing,the best process parameters were obtained: the rice prepared by carbonization at 600? for 2h,heating rate controlled at 20?/min,and the mass ratio of KOH to RHC of 5 at 900? for 2h rice husk-based graphene(GRH)has an optimal specific surface area,pore volume and pore size distribution.The microstructure of GRH was characterized by diffraction of X-rays(XRD),Raman spectra(Raman),and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR).The results of the study show that the 2D band appears in the Raman spectrum of GRH.The height of the D band is smaller than that of the G band,indicating that GRH is a multilayer graphene with certain defects.The characteristic diffraction peaks of graphene's(002)crystal plane appeared in the diffraction of X-rays pattern of GRH.GRH's Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer can be observed graphene characteristic carbon-carbon double bond skeleton vibration peak.It shows that the prepared GRH has the structural characteristics of multilayer graphene.The life cycle assessment(LCA)was used to evaluate the ecological performance of GRH,namely GRH's energy consumption(EE),carbon dioxide emissions(ECO2)and cost consumption(Cost).This topic focuses on the environmental impact of rice husk processing and GRH life cycle.In summary,this paper uses the fibrous component of rice husk as a carbon source for the preparation of graphene,and characterizes the microscopic morphology and structure of the prepared GRH,and finally uses the life cycle assessment method(LCA)to GRH was used to evaluate the ecological performance.The research results have opened up a new way for the efficient preparation of graphene based on rice husk renewable resources.
