At present,the research on high strength steel tube hot roll technology mainly focuses on simple section,including circular and square section pipe fittings.However,a large number of special-section pipe fittings used in automobiles,such as b-type pipe fittings of high-strength steel applied to anti-collision beams,are pipes with grooves on the basis of rectangular pipe fittings,which are used to absorb the energy generated by collision and delay the external impact on the body.In order to improve the use of the hot roll bending process,the hot roll bending process application object to further expand to B type,stud and other special-shaped complex section,need to be profiled in electromagnetic induction heating technology of high-strength steel,high strength steel profiled in order to obtain the geometrical characteristics of the induction heating tube parts design guidelines.Profiled tubes due to the irregular shape,when carries on the electromagnetic induction heating,the heating section on the uneven distribution of magnetic field,eddy current field and temperature field,so the uniform distribution of the magnetic fields theory and simulation results,reasonable shape optimization of induction heating coil,satisfy the requirement of high strength steel tube temperature distribution uniformity,and reduce the processing difficulty of winding.The governing equations of magnetic field and temperature field in the process of electromagnetic induction heating were studied by analyzing the electromagnetic-magnetic-thermal coupling model,so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing induction coil and adding magnetic conductor.High strength steel profiled tube to establish finite element model of electromagnetic induction heating by Maxwell and ANSYS/transient thermal module in the induction heating process simulation,satisfy the requirement of temperature field was obtained reasonable induction heating current parameter,in view of the profiled uneven distribution of high strength steel pipe induction heating temperature,carries on the induction heating coil structure optimization.The uniform induction heating temperature field of high strength steel pipe with special-shaped section was obtained by adding magnetic field reinforcement.The test device was set up and the test scheme was determined.The electromagnetic induction heating test for high strength steel rectangular cross-section tube was completed.The temperature field distribution of high strength steel rectangular tube during electromagnetic induction heating under different process parameters was measured by infrared thermography,and the influence of process parameters on the temperature field distribution was analyzed,and the accuracy of the simulation modelwas verified by experiments.
