With the continuous improvement of social requirements for environmental protection,more and more attention has been paid to the disposal of oily sludge.Oily sludge,as a dangerous solid waste,poses a serious threat to the environment.Treatment schemes such as press filtration,electroosmosis and ultrasonic action can effectively reduce the treatment of oily sludge,greatly reduce the difficulty of sludge post-treatment,and also have a good combination,so it is widely used.Therefore,this paper analyzes the properties of oily sludge and the seepage theory,proposes a combined treatment scheme for oily sludge,and carries out experimental research,and determines the optimal parameter conditions under this scheme.The existence of liquid phase in oily sludge was analyzed,and the influence of the filter resistance of mud cake on the percolation velocity of liquid phase was considered.Based on Stern diffusion bimolecular model and seepage theory,the seepage equation is obtained.Based on the construction form of dc electric field and Archie model,the electric field equation is obtained.The cavitation characteristics of ultrasonic wave are analyzed.Based on the establishment of the separation and continuity equation of the liquid flow velocity of oily sludge,the continuity equation of the liquid flow velocity of oily sludge under the action of multiple fields is obtained.The contribution of each variable in the continuous equation to the seepage velocity is analyzed,the coupling relationship between each physical field is obtained,and the influencing factors in filter media,pressure action,electroosmosis and ultrasonic action are preliminarily determined.According to the oil sludge reduction treatment scheme,the experimental equipment of oil sludge reduction was designed and built.A single factor experimental study was designed and carried out on the reduction performance of oily sludge under the action of multiple fields.The effects of primary factors on water content,oil content,energy consumption,current,PH value and conductivity at different levels are obtained.The results of single factor experiment were analyzed by variance,and the factors which had significant influence on the performance of sludge reduction were obtained.The effect of each significant factor and its interaction on water content,oil content and energy consumption of oil-bearing sludge was investigated by response surface central composite experiment.The experimental data are analyzed and the quadratic regression equation is obtained.The response surface of each interaction is analyzed,the influence law of different interaction effects on the index is obtained,and the parameter range of significant influencing factors under the optimal effect is further obtained.Through the fitting calculation of the regression equation,the parameter sets of the influencing factors under the maximum decrement performance are obtained.A verification experiment was carried out to verify the accuracy of the fitted data,and the optimal experimental conditions for sludge reduction treatment under multiple field effects were obtained.
