It is well known that plenty of oily sludge would be produced during the process of oil and natural gas production. The oily sludge includes sludge fell to earth, sludge in settling-pot, bottom deposit of oil-gas-water treating system structure, and sludge spilled with oil in Instant Event. It is obvious that the increasing amount of sludge oil aggravated the environmental pollution, which is deteriorated along with the exploration and development of oil field.According as the circumstances of Daqing Oil-field, biochemical processes and physic-chemical processes were designed for oily sludge treatment in this research. which made the oily sludge reach the national discharge standard.To provide statistical proof of the oily sludge for resourses,harmlessly and reducing quantity.In the research of the treatment and utilization of oily sludge, an inorganic cleaning agents XT001 has been developed, which could separate the oil, sludge and water efficiently by controlling the washing condition. Also, a new-type oil sludge processor has been developed, which could run steadily and get a oil-removing efficiency up to 90%. The best Operating parameters of oil sludge treatment got through the field experiments were following: the highest oil treating capacity being300㎏/m3·h; the washing temperature being 60-70℃; the sludge liquid retention time of homogeneous oil removing equipment about 0.5 h; the economic quantity of sludge medicament being 1%~2%, and the rotating speed of solid-liquid eccentricity being 3000~5000 r/min. Under the optimal operation condition, the oiliness ratio of treated sludge was under 5%.In the separation of preponderant microbes, some microbes producing biological surface-active agent was isolated. The main component of biological surface-active agent is rhamnolipid,sophorolipid, glycerides and lipopeptid compounds. Using bacterial fermentative fluid to treat oil sludge sample, oil removal rate reached 62.4% to 82.6% after 72 h. Comparing with the controlled sample, the oil removal rate was enhanced about 7 to 9 times remarkably.In this paper, oily sludge harmless, resources, treatment of the findings for the oil-field development , ecological environmental protection and sustainable development of important guiding significance.
