In this era of rapid development of science and technology,the use prospects of micro-miniature machinery products are becoming more and more extensive,playing an important role in many fields.With the advent of the intelligent era and the rise of computer technology and nanotechnology,the demand for micro-miniature machinery products will increase further.Miniature machine tools have also r eceived much attention because of their advantages of saving resources and reducing costs.And in order to meet the needs of product miniaturization,this paper carried out the design and research of micro-milling machine tools.The purpose of the paper is to design light components,good stiffness,high natural frequency,good shock absorption and can meet Micro-machine tools required for experimental processing.According to the technical requirements of micro-miniature machine tools,this paper completes the analysis of the overall functional module of the machine tool and the mechanical structure design,and selects the vertical structure as the basic configuration of the machine tool.The purpose of finite element assisted design and analysis and optimization of the key machine components such as vertical plates and spindles is to improve their static and dynamic characteristics and verify t he impact on processing quality.Each functional unit of the machine tool is designed and hardware is selected,and the design of the machine tool control system is completed.Facing the designed micro-milling machine tool,based on GTS-VB motion controller,this thesis develops control software with good control performance and strong human-computer interaction.The PID control principle and tuning method are analyzed,and a convenient PID parameter tuning window is designed.We establish a mathematical model of the feed system,and use the Lagrange-Maxwell equation to describe the electromechanical coupling system,so as to obtain a unified dynamic equation of the electromechanical coupling system,and obtain the transfe r function of the feed system.We build the control loop of the entire system,perform simulation and get the best PID parameters.According to the systematic design theory,on the basis of determining the structural parameters of the machine tool,this paper designs a three-dimensional model of the machine tool,simplifies the model,and completes the processing and meshing of the contact surface,and builds a small machine tool machine of finite element model.This paper simulates and analyzes the static and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool to verify the performance of the designed machine tool.The harmonic response analysis of the machine tool is also carried out,and the corresponding frequency band should be avoided during the subsequent processing.According to the modal analysis data obtained before,a rigid-flexible correlation model of the virtual prototyping system of the micro-milling machine was established,and the kinematics simulation was carried out.The control program was used to control the trajectory of the machine tool,which verified the feasibility of the designed micro-milling machine tool.
