N-heterocyclic compounds have unique biological activities are widely used in pesticides,medicines,materials,etc.Therefore,nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds have broad development prospects.With the development of "green chemistry",the construction of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds from cheap and readily available raw materials has been a hot topic in the field of organic synthesis.In this paper,synthetic methods of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds including pyrazoloindolinone and indolinone derivatives have been developed using oxime acetates,o-nitroethynylbenzenes and indoles as the raw materials.The main research contents are as follows:1.Using o-nitroethynylbenzenes and oxime acetates as raw materials,using copper as a catalyst,and triphenylphosphine as a reducing agent,in an argon atmosphere,pyrazolo indolone derivatives were prepared by a redox reaction.In this reaction,we use ketone as catalysts,and replace precious metal catalysts with cheap metal catalysts to reduce the reaction cost.The oxidant further reduces the reaction cost.In the "one-pot" reaction,the C-C,C-O and N-N bonds were successfully constructed,providing a new method for the synthesis of pyrazolo indolones.2.Using o-nitroethynylbenzenes and indoles as raw materials,with the joint promotion of triphenylphosphine and acetic acid,C2-quaternary indoline-3-one derivatives were prepared with high chemical selectivity.The present method does not use no metal catalyst.In addition,it has the advantages of high yield,mild conditions,and no pollution of the by-products to the environment.
