Study On Health Supervision And Administration In Public Places In Minhou County

Public places are one of the important components of the human living environment.It is a place where human beings engage in social activities.Because space is limited,personnel density and mobility are large,and there are many factors that affect public health,it is easy to cause disease transmission.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the supervision and management of public places.In recent years,Minhou County has been relying on its unique location advantage in the rapid development stage of urbanization,various types of public places are increasing year by year,safety problems in public places are also increasing.After the outbreak of the COVID-19,the importance of health and safety in public places is becoming more and more important.We need to constantly explore new ways of public places health supervision and management in public places in Minhou,and ensure the health and safety of public places.Based on the new public service theory and government regulation theory,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire and semi-structured interview to analyze the present situations of health supervision and management of public places in Minhou County of Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,and the local residents' knowledge and attitude towards public health supervision and management so as to summarize the existing problems and further look into the causes of these problems.The main causes include the lack of laws and regulations of health supervision in public places,heavy workload of supervision for the health planning department,the lack of cooperation between relevantdepartments,insufficient attention to health supervision,inadequate training in health knowledge for the employees,and the lack of publicity for health supervision in public places,etc.On this basis,this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of public health supervision and management in Minhou County.Firstly,it's imperative to improve existing laws and regulations to ensure that there are laws to abide by for health supervision.Secondly,it's necessary to strengthen the team construction of supervisors and upgrade the professional skills of health supervision.Thirdly,it's suggested to increase financial investment and improve the conditions of law enforcement for health supervision.Fourthly,it's important to strengthen publicity and training to raise hygiene awareness among operators and practitioners.Fifthly,it's imperative to open up channels for complaints and reports to promote public participation.This paper can provide a reference and basis for further promotion of public health supervision and management in Minhou County and other counties,which will improve the efficiency of health supervision and management of public places at grass-roots level.
