This paper mainly deals with the treatment of aquatic plants combined with bacteria,and adopts the control variable method to study the removal effect of plant species,treatment environment,resin species,and pollutants in water.In addition,it also preprocesses wastewater by using the adsorption characteristics of macroporous resin,and carries out the same research.The results show that:Among the three kinds of macroporous adsorption resins,the acidity and alkalinity of the water body and the content of organic matter in the water body all have a certain influence on the effect of macroporous adsorption resin: the treatment effect of 3# is better than that of 6# and 9#,and the treatment efficiency is the highest when the p H of the water body is 5 and the COD content is around 200 mg/L.When the water sample of a factory in Shanghai is treated with macroporous adsorptive resin,a better removal effect can be achieved.Under the effect of methanol as desorption agent,the resin can be regenerated and recycled to achieve sustainable recycling in production and application.Five kinds of aquatic plants with good resistance and uniform growth were selected: Iris pseudacorus L.,Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms,Canna indica L.,Lythrum salicaria L.,and Thalia dealbata Fraser for the purification experiment of salty wastewater.In the 28 days' removal effect comparison,COD removal effect was: Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms > Iris pseudacorus L.> Canna indica L.> Lythrum salicaria L.> Thalia dealbata Fraser;Removal effect of NH3-N: Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms>Iris pseudacorus L.> Canna indica L.> Thalia dealbata Fraser.> Lythrum salicaria L.;The removal effect of TP: Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms.> Canna indica L.> Lythrum salicaria L.> Iris pseudacorus L.> Thalia dealbata Fraser again.Under three kinds of salinity(1%,2% and 4%),Iris pseudacorus L.with high salinity tolerance was selected as the experimental material.The results showed that in the one-month treatment time,Iris pseudacorus L.had a better treatment effect in the environment of 1% and 2% salinity,and the maximum survival time of the plant at 4% salinity was two weeks.In the treatment experiment of Iris pseudacorus L.on saline wastewater,the higher the density,the better the effect of treating COD in water body.However,the effect of treating ammonia nitrogen did not change significantly according to the increase of plant density.In the process of treating saline wastewater with Iris pseudacorus L.,the observation experiment of the 5-day experimental cycle shows that the temperature is positively correlated with the removal effect of COD,followed by the removal effect of TN.For the removal of ammonia nitrogen,the temperature between 8 ? and 26 ? does not play a decisive role.Combined with the combined plants(Pistia stratiotes;Iris pseudacorus L.;Canna indica L.;Thalia dealbata Fraser;Phyllostachys heteroclada Oliver.;Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms;Ruppiaceae;Lythrum salicaria L.;Pontederia cordata L.),the device was designed to treat sewage in cooperation,and the change of COD and ammonia nitrogen in water body was sampled regularly within 30 hours.In the study on the cooperative treatment of sewage by combined plants and strains,in order to confirm whether the effects of plants and salt-tolerant strains were good,the experimental group without plants was taken as a blank control to compare the COD removal rate of the same water samples by the two groups of plants with common strains and salt-tolerant strains.Among them,the COD removal rate of common strains with common strains and the COD removal rate of special salt-tolerant strains with special strains was 76.23%.In addition,the BP neural network model is established based on a large amount of data measured in the experiment and the simulation experiment is carried out.The results show that the model fitting effect is good.
