The investigation shows that the amount of rural domestic waste produced is increasing year by year,and the composition is becoming more and more complex.If it is not handled properly,it will cause great pollution to soil,water,atmosphere.Therefore,the disposal of rural domestic waste is paid more and more attention.At present,aerobic compost is one of the mainstream technologies of rural domestic waste waste treatment.In the process of disposal,it is necessary to explore the components and characteristics of rural domestic waste.At the same time,the application of compound microbial agents can accelerate the composting process and improve the composting efficiency.However,combined with the three-stage temperature change process of aerobic composting and the different degradation rates of substrate,the traditional single batch addition of compound microbial agents may be difficult to work best.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this article conducts periodic sampling analysis of chemical elements,chemical indicators,biological macromolecules,et al in rural perishable domestic waste.At the same time,the efficient medium and high temperature microbial degradation bacteria were independently screened and prepared into medium and high temperature compound microbial agent.The optimal dosages of commercial microbial agent and homemade compound microbial agent was determined by comparing with the commercial microbial agent.Finally,the effects of single batch addition and phased addition on the composting effect were explored on the basis of determining the optimal dosages of two compound microbial agents,so as to provide a new dosing strategy for the addition of compound microbial agents.The main research results of this article were as follows:1.The composition characteristics of rural perishable domestic wasteThrough the statistical analysis of rural perishable domestic waste,the daily perishable domestic waste production per capita in this town was revealed(0.081kg/(person·day)).Through the analysis of the composition characteristics of rural perishable domestic waste,The element composition is C(42.72%),H(12.41%),N(3.94%),S(0.25%).The rural perishable domestic waste overall acidic,the p H value fluctuates between 4.2-5.9,moisture content is between 72.93% and 80.74%,the EC values are 1.60-3.80 m S/cm,the E4/E6 values basic remained stable throughout the year.The composition of biological macromolecules is protein(21.05%),fat(19.88%),hemicellulose(19.77%),cellulose(12.70%),lignin(10.23%).The organic matter content and C/N ratio vary between 76.92%-86.8%,9.6-17.97,respectively.2.The isolation and screening and preparation of high efficiency degradation strains and the preparation of solid microbial agents26 strains of bacteria,21 strains of actinomycetes and 24 strains of fungi were isolated from the rural perishable domestic waste accumulation and sheep manure during the maturity stage by using specific isolation medium at 30?,and 25 strains of bacteria,8 strains of actinomycetes and 18 strains of fungi were isolated at 50?.Specific screening medium was used to further screen the isolated strains according to their enzyme production characteristics,36 strains of moderate-temperature and high-efficiency strains were obtained at 30 ? and 19 strains of high-temperature and high-efficiency strains were obtained at 50 ?.The single effective solid microbial agent was prepared to prepare for the application of composting compound microbial agent.3.The optimal dosage of compound microbial agentThe composting experiment was carried out by selecting the commercial microbial agent and the homemade microbial agent with different proportion,By measuring the variation of temperature,p H value,composting water content,C/N ratio,hemicellulose,cellulose,lignin,heap reduction and other indexes in composting process,the best proportion of 0.5% mass ratio was determined for the composting treatment of rural perishable domestic waste.In combination with the variation of physical and chemical indexes and the results of 16 S r RNA high-throughput sequencing technology.The comprehensive analysis results shows that the optimal dosage of the homemade compound microbial agent was 3.0%.4.Effects of compound microbial agent adding strategy on composting effectOn the basis of determining the optimal dosage of commercial microbial agent(0.5%)and homemade composite microbial agent(3.0%),the experiment of single batch and phased addition of two microbial agents was carried out.Through the analysis of various physical and chemical indexes in the process of composting in group A1(Single batch adding group of commercial microbial agent)and B1(Single batch adding group of homemade microbial agent),In group B1,the high temperature peak(58.71?),the high temperature duration above 50?(7 days),the composting product EC value(3.47 m S/cm),the moisture content(22.73%),the overall wet weight reduction rate(72.94%),the volume reduction rate(61.30%),the organic matter degradation rate(27.18%)and the GI value(116.36%)were slightly better than those of group A1,it was learned that the composting effect of homemade compound microbial bacteria agent added in a single batch is slightly better than that of commercial microbial agent.Through the analysis of various physical and chemical indexes in the process of composting in group A2(Phased adding group of commercial microbial agent)and B2(Phased adding group of homemade microbial agent),the results of the physical and chemical indexes of group B2,including the secondary temperature rise,composting product EC value(3.15 ms /cm),E4/E6 value(2.10),water content(23.10%),overall wet weight reduction rate(75.29%)and volume reduction rate(63.04%),organic matter degradation rate(27.48%)and GI value(121.36%),were significantly better than those of group A2,it was learned that the composting effect of homemade compound microbial agent added in stages is obviously better than that of commercial microbial agent.Finally,through comprehensive analysis,it was concluded that the composting effect is group B2> B1 > A1 >A2 >CK.
