Porphyrin compounds and their derivatives are a class of macromolecular heterocyclic conjugated compounds with 18? electrons.It is precisely this special electron-rich property.The dual properties of effective conjugation,electron donation and electron withdrawing make it widely used.In catalysis,photoelectric conversion,biomedicine,bionics and materials science and many other fields.In this paper,the basic porphyrin ligands tetraphenylporphyrin?H2TPP?and the modified ligands meso-5,10,15,20-tetra?4-methylphenyl?porphyrin?H2TTP?and meso-5,10,15,20-tetra?4-methoxyphenyl?porphyrin?H2TMP?were synthesized by Alder method;The metal complex tetraphenylpalladium porphyrin?Pd TPP?,tetraphenyl cobalt porphyrin?Co TPP?,tetraphenyl iron porphyrin?Fe TPP?,meso-5,10,15,20-tetra?4-methylphenyl?iron porphyrin?Fe TTP?and meso-5,10,15,20-tetra?4-methoxyphenyl?iron porphyrin?Fe TMP?was synthesized by acetate method and chloride method;the ligand meso-5,10,15,20-tetraferrocenyl porphyrin?H2TFc P?was synthesized by [2+2].The above structures were analyzed and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet spectroscopy,liquid phase mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance,and finally confirmed their structures.The nature research has the following points:?1?Na+,Mg2+,Al3+,Ca2+,Mn2+,Fe2+,Fe3+,Co2+,Ni2+,Cu2+,Zn2+,Pb3+,Ru3+,Pd2+,Ag+,Cd2+,Cr3+,La3+,Bi3+ there are 19 metal cations and three types standard solution of the body has been tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer and fluorescence test.The conclusion is that except for Ag+ and Cu2+,the remaining 17 metal ions have no special ultraviolet and fluorescence responsiveness to the three porphyrin ligands TPP,TTP and TMP,and the complexes of Ag+ and Cu2+ with the three ligands can completely quench the fluorescence of the ligand.?2?The water-insoluble metal porphyrin Fe TPP is insoluble in alcohol and easily soluble in methylene chloride.Dissolve Fe TPP in methylene chloride and mix with 6 alcohol solutions of methanol,ethanol,isopropanol,methanol: ethanol = 1:1,methanol:isopropanol=1:1,ethanol:isopropanol=1:1.A standard 1/100 dichloromethane alcohol solution was monitored by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer and ultraviolet spectrophotometer during the same period of time.The results were compared with the mixed solution of rhodamine B and Fe TPP rhodamine B.It shows that 6 kinds of alcohol solutions can degrade the mixed solution of Fe TPP and Fe TPP rhodamine B to different degrees,but rhodamine B does not degrade,which shows that the alcohol solution can degrade Fe TPP,and this degradation is specific and permanently unrecoverable degradation.
