The ice age of the Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River is long,and the hydraulic concrete buildings and agricultural irrigation channels that serve in this area often face the problem of ice wear,which leads to fatigue cracks in the structure,surface defects such as material shedding,which seriously affects the service life of hydraulic buildings.In this case,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the damage law and deterioration process of new hydraulic concrete material under the effect of ice wear and tear.As a rich natural mineral deposit in Inner Mongolia,naturalpumicehas a well-developed pore distribution,as a natural pumice concrete configured as coarse aggregate has good antifreeze-melting circulation,insulation and potential absorption capacity,and can play a good effect of combining regional resource advantages with economic construction.Therefore,the paper carried out different strength levels(LC20,LC30,LC40)of natural pumice concrete in different contact pressure(1k Pa?5k Pa),different ambient temperature(0??-20?)under the action of the ice-natural flotation concrete wear test research,the specific research content is as follows:(1)The variation of natural floesonic concrete ice fall under the action of different strength grades(LC20,LC30,LC40),different ambient temperatures(0? ?-5? ?-10??-15??-20?),different contact pressures(1k Pa,2k Pa,3k Pa,4k Pa,5k Pa)were studied.The correlation analysis is carried out by the ash entropy method by the intensity level(and the flax aggregate content,the hardness of gel material,the water-grey ratio),the ambient temperature and contact pressure.(2)The micromorphic evolution of the surface of natural pumice concrete,the process of material deterioration loss and the variation of surface pore distribution are observed by using ultra-depth-field microscope.The observed wear phenomenon is analyzed by the theory of wear,such as adhesive wear and cutting wear.(3)The wear volume of natural pumice concrete under the action of ice wear is a key degradation factor,and the model of natural pumice concrete wear under the action of ice cream is established,and the wear amount and engineering suitability are analyzed in combination with the actual service condition.The following conclusions were drawn through experiments and analysis:(1)Through the ice-concrete wear test research found that: with the natural pumice concrete strength level increase,the reduction of ambient temperature,contact pressure increase,the wear volume shows a decreasing trend,and the strength level on the amount of wear,contact pressure,the environmental temperature on the amount of wear less.(2)Through the observation and analysis of ultra-depth of field microscope,it is found that in the wear process,the damage to the pumice aggregate as the center of the continuous transition area to the interface and the surrounding gel material extension,aperture with the development of the damage shows the overall growth trend.Different from the ordinary concrete three-stage wear mechanism is that the wear process of pumice aggregate slowers,but with the gel material together to resist wear.(3)Natural pumice concrete wear assessment shows that: LC20 can be used for agricultural and temporary water conservancy project construction,LC30 and LC40 can be used for flood control,water supply and water transport ation water conservancy project construction.
