As an excellent structural alloy steel,Q345 steel is widely used in various industrial environments such as petroleum and petrochemical, electric energy and construction. However, the phenomenon of pipe damage and equipment failure frequently occurs due to erosion wear, which seriously threatens the normal operation of industrial production and the safety of people's property. Therefore, understanding and mastering the relevant mechanisms affecting the conditions of two-phase flow erosion is of great significance for how to reduce the failure of components such as pipes caused by erosion. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of different erosion factors on multiphase flow erosion and to summarize the mechanism of erosion wear under different erosion conditions. In this paper, the long-term erosion behavior of Q345 steel was studied by sand-water two-phase high-speed jet.The effect of particle size on the erosion wear of Q345 metal was studied. The results show that when the impact angle is in the range of 0°?30°,the erosion amount increases with the increase of the impact angle, and the maximum erosion rate appears. The impact angle is about 30°;when the impact angle is in the range of 30° to 90°,the amount of erosion decreases as the impact angle increases. As the particle size increases, the amount of erosion of the sample will be greater, and at higher concentrations the pattern will be more pronounced than at low concentrations. The larger the particle concentration, the greater the erosion wear on the material, and the erosion rate decreases rapidly and then decreases with the particle concentration. The erosion depth will increase first and then decrease, and the maximum depth will be reached when the mass concentration is 0.10%.The erosion stage is roughly divided into two stages, the severe erosion stage in the early stage of erosion and the stable erosion stage in the later stage of erosion.304 stainless steel is significantly better than Q345 in terms of erosion and wear resistance. At different erosion angles, the phenomenon of partitioning can be observed on the surface of the material.Due to the difference in actual impact angle, the surface can be observed to be divided into two regions at 45°,and the surface damage in area 1 is dominated by potholes. The inner surface damage of area 2 is dominated by furrows;the surface is observed to be divided into three areas at 90°,and the surface damage in all three areas is dominated by potholes, but the number of inner surface damage in area 1 is less,in area 2 The number of surface damage is the highest, and the proportion of furrows in the inner surface of area 3 is more.
