Since shale gas is adsorbed and released on the surface of organic mud shale and clay minerals,a large amount of grit will be carried during the exploitation of shale gas. With the increase of mining time, the number of times that the gravel hits the pipe wall will also increase. Therefore,it will inevitably cause damage to the mining equipment and cause accidents. Therefore,in order to explore the influence of erosion factors on erosion, this article will explore the influence of various factors on erosion law from the perspective of experiments. In this paper,a large number of literature surveys are conducted to summarize the current erosion equipment at home and abroad. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of erosion equipment,a set of gas-solid two-phase erosion experimental equipment is independently designed. The device is composed of a gas source,an erosion generation system,a feeding system, and a particle recovery system. The device can freely adjust the erosion speed and erosion angle, and effectively realize particle recovery, saving laboratory costs while maintaining the laboratory environment. In this paper, the gas-solid two-phase erosion experimental device is used to explore the erosion rules of 304 stainless steel and L245 carbon steel using two types of gravel. The experimental results show that the erosion rate decreases slightly with the increase of the gravel mass flow rate, but has little effect;the steel erosion rate increases exponentially with the increase of the gas flow rate;304 stainless steel and L245 carbon steel both have the maximum erosion angle,The maximum erosion angle is between25 ° ? 35 °.Observed by SEM,at low angles, the eroded surface mostly showed gullies;at high angles, the eroded surface formed eroded pits under the impact of gravel. The increase of erosion time has little effect on erosion rate, and the erosion quality is more stable with the increase of erosion time.Comparing the erosion results of 304 stainless steel and L245 carbon steel, the erosion caused by L245 carbon steel is more serious under the same conditions. The erosion rate caused by Type ? gravel is greater, and the erosion grooves and erosion pit profiles formed by the microscopic surface morphology under SEM are more obvious. After investigating erosion models at home and abroad, this paper revises the empirical coefficients in the E / CRC model based on the data obtained in this experiment. The modified erosion model fits well and can meet industry standards.
