The pollution problem of Chinese refining industry is severe. The pollution problem caused by the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as the leading process can not be underestimated. The carbonaceous pollutants such as CO and CH4 produced in the atmosphere, and the carbonaceous pollutant oil in petroleum wastewater.Wait, seriously endanger the environment. This paper revolves around the problem of carbon element flow and carbonaceous pollutants in the process of atmospheric and vacuum distillation. The process of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the sewage disposal point are investigated on site, and the treatment methods such as waste gas and waste water generated by the device are investigated. The finishing of the carbon source traceability of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation process was carried out.For the atmospheric and vacuum distillation system, the process is divided into electrical desalination, primary distillation tower, atmospheric pressure tower, vacuum tower, atmospheric pressure furnace, vacuum furnace and other modules, carbon flow, circulation, etc.for each module.Regular research was carried out to construct a mathematical mathematical model for the flow of carbon in atmospheric and vacuum distillation systems, while establishing the direct yield, recovery, environmental efficiency, primary carbonaceous waste, secondary carbonaceous waste, and final carbon.Parameter indicators such as waste. The effects of each of these efficiencies on the emissions of final carbonaceous waste were analyzed. The carbon element flow optimization model was applied to two refineries in China, and the specific calculations showed that in the fuel-lubricating oil type atmospheric and vacuum distillation process, the direct yield, recovery rate and environmental efficiency of carbon increased by 1%,and finally The emissions of carbon-containing waste decreased by 28.23%,1.24%,and 1.22%,respectively.In the fuel-chemical type atmospheric and vacuum distillation process, the emission of carbonaceous waste is reduced by 38%,0.36%,and 1.24%,respectively,for every 1%increase in carbon yield, recovery, and environmental efficiency. Finally, some control measures were proposed for the problems existing in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation processes of the two refineries.
