Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is an important device for oil refiningprocess;the distillation effect not only affects the quality and yield of the product of the device,but also has important influence on the quality and yield of the secondary processing product.To adapt to the changes in the crude oil market,Jilin Petrochemical Company intends to adjust the proportion of Russian crude oil and Daqing crude oil in II atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Due to the change in the proportion of crude oil,the operating conditions of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit need to be adjusted.In this paper,Petro-SIM software is used to simulate the process of ? atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,and it can analyze whether the existing equipment can meet the different mixing ratio of Russian crude oil and Daqing crude oil;providetemperature and flow of main product of primary distillation tower,atmospheric tower,vacuum tower;provide reference for the adjustment of operating conditions.First,the oil properties parameters and ture boiling point distillation data of Russian curde oil and Daqing crude oil were input Refinery Assay which used to describe oil characteristics in Petro-SIM software,to generate a number of oil virtual components.And then,mixed oil stream is created as feed of primary distillation tower.According to the process of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit to select the appropriate unit module,enter the module parameters of the model.When modeling the distillation unit,need to enter the actual number of plates,the constraints is the flow of the product and tower top temperature.After the model is converged,adjust tray efficiency of the unit,until the temperature distribution of the tray is close to the calibration value,and the product of the primary distillation unit meet quality standards.In the simulation results,the material balance data of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the simulation values and the plant data of the main stream temperature and flow rate.It can be seen from the results that the simulation values of the temperature and flow of main flow are basically the same as the plant data,which shows that the simulation of the atmospheric vacuum distillation unit can reflect the real operation of the device.On the basis of establishing the model of primary distillation unit,atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,constraints are the quality standards of the product.Adjust the mixing ratio of Russian crude oil in the mixed oil,and give the flow and temperature simulation data of the main product.From the results can be seen,when the mixing ratio of Russian crude oil is 65%,the yield is 4.3% more than the mixing ratio of Russian crude oil is 45% and the temperature simulation value is basically unchanged.The model of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit is used to provide the operating conditions as referencewhen processing the mixed crude oil with different mixing ratio and can improve the refinery adaptability to raw materials.Vacuum furnace is one of the main equipment of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,used to heat the bottom of the atmospheric pressure residue,as the vacuum distillation tower feed.Whether the vacuum furnace can be stable and safe operation will have a great impact on the product quality of the vacuum distillation tower.According to the simulation results,the oil film temperature and the residence time of the furnace tube of the vacuum furnace are drawn to make the coking curve,and the optimization of the coking curve is carried out.The distribution of oil film temperature in the furnace tube and the tendency of coking in the furnace tube show the coking trend curve through the chart method.In the case of the device is not modified,the vacuum furnace to improve the export temperature of the study,to add yield of the vaccum distillation tower is a relatively simple and effective way.From the results can be seen,when out temperature increased to 398 ?,the oil film temperature is still far from the oil cracking tendency curve.Therefore,the study and master the operation of the vacuum furnace long-term and efficient operation has a very important significance with different mixing ratio.
