Pipeline leakage in tank area of LNG receiving terminal will affect daily production,which will lead to serious consequences.When formulating emergency disposal methods and plans,it is necessary to determine the leakage situation.Considering the location of leakage point,leakage rate,external wind speed and direction,as well as atmospheric environment temperature,this paper uses FLACS software to research the leakage diffusion law and temperature field distribution of pipeline in tank area of a LNG receiving terminal.The following results are obtained:(1)FLACS software is used to simulate the No.1 test in Falcon field test,which verifies the applicability of FLACS software to simulate LNG leakage and diffusion in complex scenarios and the correctness of the modeling in this paper.(2)Under the condition of continuous leakage of LNG pipeline,the environmental temperature has little effect on the leakage diffusion and temperature field distribution;the trend of LNG leakage diffusion range is the same as that of wind speed;the trend of LNG leakage diffusion range is opposite to that of wind speed change,that is,the larger the wind speed is,the larger the leakage diffusion range is,the smaller the frostbite area is;the change of wind direction makes LNG leakage spread through.The windward area of the obstacle in the direction of diffusion near the leak point changes.The larger the windward area,the slower the LNG leak diffusion and the larger the frostbite area.The change of the LNG leak diffusion area is positively correlated with the change of the leak rate,and the frostbite area is positively correlated with the change of the leak rate.The location of the relative obstacle at the leak point affects the LNG leak diffusion.The closer the leak point is to the surrounding obstacles,the smaller the LNG leak diffusion range,the higher the concentration of the leak center,and the smaller the frostbite area.(3)After the LNG pipeline breaks,the environmental temperature has little effect on the leakage diffusion and temperature field distribution;in the prophase of diffusion,the larger the wind speed,the larger the diffusion range,the larger the dangerous area,and in the later stage of diffusion,the larger the wind speed,the faster the diffusion range decreases,the smaller the dangerous area,the smaller the whole diffusion process,the larger the wind speed,the smaller the frostbite area.
