The electric submersible screw pump has the characteristics of low energy consumption and strong adaptability.However,in the field application process of Dagang Oilfield heavy oil block,there are problems of oil well production capacity,screw pump and motor selection,and unreasonable operating parameters in the underground.As a result,the liquid production capacity of the oil well and the system efficiency of the underground unit cannot be fully exerted.Seriously affected the stable production of oil wel s.Based on the analysis of oil well inflow,this paper gives the calculation formula of oil well productivity.By analyzing the influence of temperature field and water content of electric submersible screw pump well on viscosity of heavy oil,the calculation model of heavy oil wel bore pressure is improved.The production data of 4 months was counted,and the system efficiency prediction model of the underground unit was obtained by using neural network algorithm training.With the highest system efficiency as the design goal,the design of the speed,pump depth,screw pump model and motor model is optimized.Using the MATLAB language,the program "Optimization design of lifting parameters of electric submersible screw pump" was compiled.The program was used to optimize the design of three heavy oil wel s such as J36-6 in Dagang Oilfield.The results show that the program can optimize the design of the lift parameters of the electric submersib le screw pump well and optimize the system efficiency of the downhole unit.
