The direct-drive submersible screw pump has deal with the root of problems-arbor broken, eccentric wear between rods and tubes of ground-drive screw pump. And also helps us get rid of the problem of the reducer of electric submersible screw pump is too big to install in the oil well. Now the direct-drive submersible screw pump is in the stage of prototype filed test. In order to improve the rate of research progress and increase the promotion to adapt to the requirement of the digital oilfield building. In this paper the parameter optimization and fault diagnosis are researched.In this paper, combing with the hydraulic characteristics of screw pump, the fluid supply capacity of well and the row of coordination principle to optimize the rotational speed and the BP neural network is used to diagnose the faults. The main ideals of this paper are includes:Combining with the hydraulic characteristics of screw pump, the fluid supply capacity of well and the row of coordination principle to research the direct-drive submersible screw pump system. The node system analysis is applied to build the model of the production system that can define the valid pump depth and the pump speed.The direct-drive submersible screw pump production system and ground-drive screw pump production system are compared; the fault types of PC pump are concluded based on the fault types of ground-drive screw pump. The fault sample library is built based on the analyses of the fault types, the fault reasons and the Varity conditions.Matlab software is used to establish the BP network for direct-drive submersible screw failureis,the submersible direct-drive screw pump fault training samples and testing samples are verified by determining the network structure and training parameters,direct-drive oil submersible screw pump fault diagnosis based on the BP network is completed.The direct-drive submersible screw pump production system production parameters optimization and fault diagnosis software organization are completed by using the Matlab GUI interface,which gets good results by the test sample validation and provides reliable guarantee for screw pump production parameter optimization and fault diagnosis.
