| At present,premium screen have the advantages of simple construction and good sand control effect compared with other sand control completion methods,and thus are widely used.The premium screen can be mainly divided into pre-filled premium screen and metal mesh premium screen according to type of sand blocking medium unit.However,in recent years,the research on sand control effect of premium screen mainly considers the effect of internal metal mesh or gravel filling,neglecting the role of punched outer shell as sand blocking unit,and the understanding of the blocking mechanism and the influence law of the punched-type outer casing is not deep enough..To this end,this paper firstly studied the influence of the slit length and opening size of the punched casing on the plugging law and the capacity impact of the pre-filled premium screen using the small-scale indoor sand control simulation experiment.Studies have shown that the slit with different lengths have a significant effect on the anti-blocking performance and productivity of pre-filled premium screens.The anti-blocking performance of the gravel layer during the experiment with a slit length of 20 mm is better.And the increase in the size of the opening under high slit length conditions can also significantly increase the production capacity.According to the experimental phenomenon,the principle of clogging is explained,and the optimization scheme of the punched casing for pre-filled premium screen is given.Then,using the full-scale sand control simulation experiment indoors,the sand retaining precision,shell type and opening size of the metal mesh premium screen were studied.The experimental results show that there is a difference between the sand-shielding precision of the premium screen of the metal mesh and the sand-retaining accuracy of the screen.The accuracy theory and its applicability of the screen are analyzed.Experiments comparing the shell types found that the punched casing did have a certain sand control effect.Because of the special structure of the metal mesh premium screen,the punched shell are basically not affected by its anti-clogging performance and productivity,but the large-sized shell parameters are conducive to the stability of the sand bridge on the surface of the screen. |
