Precision stamping is a kind no chip processing technology, it can get good quality stamping parts in a punching stroke than the general stamping , these parts can get clear punching surface, and can also achieve quality improvement by a lower cost. Because of its many advantages, the application of precision stamping technology is also more extensive. With the national press industry, precision press user group ranks are growing. In recent years, the R & D of hybrid input press has become a hot research in press mechanism field, hybrid sector is not only compatible with the traditional institutions which has high-speed, high efficiency, high capacity advantages, but also has the advantages of flexible servo ,and this type mechanism provides a new way for the modern innovative design.This article is based on the practical production problems in Wuxi JingXin Precision Machining Co. Ltd. The goal is to optimize the performance of precision stamping machine , so as to enhance the quality of machining parts and reduce the mold damage. The basis of the research for a new type machine tool has been built.The article firstly creates a hybrid institution with two degrees of freedom by the innovative methods, then the kinematic analysis on the institution was carried out on the condition of the given law of output , The variation law of position,speed and acceleration of auxiliary driven were obtained ,that provides a theoretical basis for later research . Secondly, this paper established parametric model of the new press institution by using analysis software ADAMS , we put the output motion law of the stamping as a research objective function, and put the size parameters of the institution as the influencing factors of the objective function , studied for finding out significant factors , focus on significant factors optimized to achieve more excellent output movement rules. Then, the article analyse the optimization results before and after parameter optimization by uses a mechanical simulation software Deform , the kinematic performance of this mechanism has been improved . Finally, according to production requirements, the article calculated and designed the overall structure of precision stamping machine. Thus a referencing basic is provided for the application in engineering project of hybrid input mechanical press.
