Loss of leakage has always been one of the difficulties that plague drilling and completion work at home and abroad.Better leakage prevention and plugging work is of great significance for the development of oil and gas fields.The Ming 15 well is the key exploration object of the Mingebulak block(Uzbekistan),but due to the serious loss of drilled wells,some even have the situation that the wellbore is scrapped,therefore,it is very important to carry out research on leak prevention and plugging.This paper starts with the complicated situation of drilled wells in the Mingebulak block,and summarizes the lossing problems.Then,combined with the geological conditions,the formation leakage pressure of the Ming 15 well is analyzed and verified.Then with the salt paste layer and the abnormal high pressure in the deep part of the Ming 15 well,it is firstly studies from the well structure,and the anti-smashing and leak proof design is carried out on the cemented mud column structure to better ensure the follow-up work.Secondly,in the drilling fluid system and the plugging slurry,some experiments on organic salt drilling fluid and the compounding of plugging materials were carried out respectively.The formulas of two kinds of organic salt drilling fluids were evaluated,and the related plugging materials were tested separately.Two kinds of plugging slurry formulas were compounded: 1.Organic salt drilling fluid base slurry +5% granular material(ZSQD-98,ZYD)+ 2% sheet material(GDJ)+ 1% fiber plugging agent(TP-2,DF-1);2.Organic salt drilling fluid Base slurry +5% granular material(ZSQD-98,ZYD)+ 2% sheet material(GDJ)+ 2% fiber plugging agent(TP-2,DF-1);Finally,combined with the application of fine pressure controlled drilling construction method,Provided for deep,narrow security density window operations A more feasible solution is to be sensitive and quick to handle in terms of lost control.
