In recent years, people have become more and more demanding on indoor living environment. The research and application of interior wall humidity control putty is of great significance for improving people's living environment, improving the preservation quality of items, and reducing air conditioning energy consumption.Diatomaceous earth, vermiculite, and zeolite are a type of inorganic mineral materials with excellent adsorption properties, and are the main functional fillers for the preparation of interior wall humidity-control putty. In this paper, the diatomite raw soil was first subjected to ball milling and calcination treatment. The specific surface area, pore volume, surface groups of diatomite were detected by low-temperature nitrogen adsorption, infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, particle size analysis and other detection methods.,Crystal composition,micro-morphology,particle size, etc.were characterized, the effect of ball milling and calcination treatment on diatomaceous earth was studied, and the optimal treatment conditions for different ball milling time and calcination temperature to improve the moisture control performance of diatomaceous earth were determined.Studies have shown that with the extension of the ball milling time, the specific surface area, pore volume, and moisture absorption of diatomite gradually increase. The diatomite treated by ball milling increases with the increase of relative humidity;as the calcination temperature rises The specific surface area, pore volume, and moisture absorption and desorption of diatomite tend to increase first and then decrease. The calcined diatomite strengthens with the increase of relative humidity;the original diatomite is ball-milled for 20 minutes, and then After calcination at 400?,its moisture absorption and desorption rate and specific surface area are higher than that of single-process diatomaceous earth.Using the treated diatomaceous earth as the main functional filler,a method of orthogonal test and single factor test was used to systematically study the performance of the interior wall moisture-adjusting putty. The results show that:?1?the greater the cement content, the putty sticks The better the knot performance, diatomite is the main factor affecting the moisture absorption and moisture release of putty. However, when the amount of diatomite is too large, the rate of absorption and moisture release of the putty is small, and the replacement of heavy calcium by talc for the putty The influence of bonding strength and humidity control performance is not obvious. After comparison and analysis,A3B2C1is the best case;?2?With the increase of the amount of rubber powder, the bonding strength of putty increases, and the amount of moisture absorption and moisture release is slightly Improve;compared with putty mixed with speed sol powder and redispersible latex powder, the performance of putty mixed with 4%polyvinyl alcohol powder is the best;?3?The greater the viscosity of cellulose ether and the greater the amount, the table The longer the drying time, the bonding strength and the moisture absorption and desorption amount of the putty will increase first and then decrease with the increase of the cellulose ether content.Other properties are not abnormal. From the economical and ability to meet the performance of the putty,40000MPa is used·The best content of S cellulose ether is 2‰.In order to reduce the amount of cement and improve the humidity control performance of the putty, the putty was optimized through a single factor test. The results show that:?1?With the increase in the amount of fly ash,the water resistance and bonding strength of the putty decrease,it is appropriate to replace the amount of cement by 20%with fly ash;?2?The ball milling treatment of vermiculite and zeolite, vermiculite absorbs The amount of moisture release increases first and then decreases with the extension of the ball milling time. The amount of moisture absorption and release of zeolite increases with the extension of the ball milling time. The performance of the vermiculite ball milling after 5 minutes and the zeolite ball milling after 20 minutes is the best. With the increase of the amount of zeolite and vermiculite, the moisture absorption and desorption of putty gradually increases, and the moisture absorption and desorption rate gradually decreases. The moisture absorption of vermiculite putty is about 1.6 times that of zeolite putty, and the moisture absorption is about 2.2 times that of zeolite putty..?3?Putty diatomaceous earth and vermiculite are mixed into the putty. With the increase of the amount of vermiculite to replace the diatomaceous earth, the moisture absorption and desorption of the putty tends to increase first and then decrease. At 40%diatomaceous earth, putty has the best moisture absorption and desorption performance. The moisture absorption of putty is 43.5g/m2and the moisture absorption is 34.8g/m2.?4?At the same time, the other basic properties of the putty are tested, the bonding strength is 0.38MPa,the surface drying time is 60min,the water resistance?24h?is not abnormal, the initial drying crack resistance is not cracked, the sandability and construction performance are good, the test result All meet the standard requirements.
