As the most weighty joint,the ankle plays a key role in daily life and exercise,and also becomes one of the most vulnerable joints in the human body.One of the most important factors affecting the ankle injury is the muscle strength and balance control of the ankle joint.Training of ankle muscle strength and balance control can effectively reduce the chance of injury and illness in trainees.However,there are some problems of limited function and insufficient strength of the ankle training products used in daily training,which can not meet the needs of strong ankle function in practice.In order to put forward the innovative design concept of the ankle stability balance control trainer,this study combs the physiological theory and anatomical structure related to the control ability of ankle balance,which also analyzes and summarizes the training efficiency,as well as the problems for not being targeted at the ankle of the ankle balance control trainer in current market.Investigate the existing ankle balance control trainers and related products,analyze,summarize and summarize the advantages and disadvantages.According to the theory of fitness equipment design method,the preliminary design of ankle balance control trainer is carried out.The model is builded according to the design plan and sketch,and perform simple activities such as wearing and walking on the model to adjust the morphological function and structure of the model.Then the product model is continuously improved and modified,so that the product is more targeted to the ankle joint,the training efficiency is higher,and it is also safer.In order to test the completed samples,eight healthy college students were selected as subjects to perform star stretching tests and proprioceptive reset test.After the test,the subjects will wear trainers for a four-week ankle balance control training and re-test after the training.The data difference before and after is analyzed,and the results show that the star stretch performance is significantly improved and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05),while the proprioceptive reduction performance was improved,but did not reach a significant statistical difference.Experiments show that the ankle balance control trainer designed in this study can significantly improve the trainee's balance control ability in a short time.
