Energy is the material basis for human survival and development,and an important support for economic and social development.Energy conservation is of great significance to alleviate the contradiction of energy constraints,ensuring energy security and environment-protection.In this case,how to maximize the value of limited resources is one of the most concerned issues in today's society.It is particularly important for the industry,which is the pillar of society.Only by improving the utilization-efficiency of resources and maximize the benefits of resources,can chemical plants gain advantages in competition.In order to take the initiative in the new competition pattern,reduce the energy consumption of chemical plants,save the production cost of chemical plants,form the core competitiveness of chemical enterprises,and obtain sustainable competitive advantages in the market.Chemical enterprises hope to achieve this goal through technical transformation.Chemical enterprises have large-scale installations and high energy consumption.A better energy-saving technological transformation project can bring huge economic benefits to the enterprises.It can be seen that investment in energy-saving technological transformation projects is of great importance in the daily work of chemical enterprises.Taking a chemical enterprise as an example,this paper analyses and introduces the value of investment implementation of technological transformation project in detail.The chemical enterprise has plant,which has advanced technology,good quality of chemical products and low energy consumption.It has important significance for environmental protection.The process has been listed in the National Encouragement list,but it has its own shortcomings.Because of the defects in the design route adopted by the plant,the low-temperature-waste-heat has not been well utilized,and the exhaust of low-pressure steam is still abundant,which can not meet the needs of.Based on the research and analysis of the investment decision-making of the energy-saving project of a chemical enterprise,this paper tries to establish a set of reasonable,simple and effective quantitative evaluation system of investment decision-making to help the enterprise make correct investment decision-making.
