Risk Management Research On Large-scale Gathering Event Based On CRITIC-AHP

In recent years,various cultural exchange activities at home and abroad have increased,and the number,scale,and degree of internationalization of large-scale assembly activities have been increasing year by year.Due to the increasingly complex activities,various security problems have also received much attention from the society.Large-scale assembly activities have the characteristics of large population density,large difference in site personnel structure,complex on-site environment,and difficulty in safety management.They are prone to safety hazards and management omissions,which can easily lead to catastrophic accidents.Therefore,the research on the risk management of large-scale assembly activities has very important social significance.Based on the analysis and analysis of the risk factors of large-scale assembly activities,this paper constructs a large-scale assembly activity risk evaluation index system,aiming to provide decision-making basis for managers of large-scale assembly activities in a timely and rapid manner,and effectively prevent the occurrence of largescale assembly events.Aiming at the evacuation behavior of large-scale assembly activities,combined with AHP and CRITIC methods,the author analyzes the risk factors of large-scale assembly activities from the subjective and objective angles,evaluates the risk as a whole,and proposes preventive measures for potential risks.This paper selects the 2018 Bird's Nest concert as a case study object,conducts risk assessment and early warning management for specific situations,and verifies the scientific evaluation and feasibility of the large-scale assembly activity risk evaluation index system and CRITIC-AHP weight analysis method from the actual situation.The specific process of CRITIC-AHP weight analysis method reduces the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results,makes the evaluation results more objective,proposes corresponding rectification measures,and realizes the application of large-scale activity risk management.
