The rapid development of China's railway freight industry has shown a trend of heavy load and speed increase,which has raised higher challenges and requirements for the safety of freight transportation.Timely and effective information sharing,professional and comprehensive data integration are the basic guarantees to achieve freight security.Freight security involves the cooperation of multi-business departments.The information systems are complicated and lack of unified planning,the data standards are different,the data quality and the transmission efficiency of data information is low,and there are disconnected information such as data heterogeneity.We call the grouped vehicle as train.the focus of safety supervision is on the control of the cargo transportation process,which is carried out around the life cycle of the train.Therefore,this article takes freight trains as the object and carries out research on the integration of safety data of it.The research focuses on the determination of the train object safety data set,the construction of the information model and the management of metadata,and applies the integrated integration model composed of the information model and the metadata model to the construction of the integration platform.First,it analyzes the current status of the construction of information systems and data characteristics in the relevant business areas during the train life cycle process,proposes the current data utilization problems,and further proposes the need for data integration through information models and metadata management.Secondly,through the analysis of the business field,determine the train object safety data set,and establish a freight train object information model that can be used in all business systems,define a unified data view through the information model,and clearly show the relationship between the data objects.Then regulate the interactive flow between data.At the same time,starting from the information interpretation of the data itself,a metadata model is constructed to provide descriptive information and unified standards for data integration through metadata management.The information model and the metadata model are combined to form the concept of an integrated integration model.Through the integrated integration model,the consistency of the integrated data and the quality of the data are ensured.Finally,build an integrated platform for real-time dynamic display of safety data of the train,apply the concept of integrated model to the design of the platform,use the information model to guide the construction of the integrated platform data model,describe and standardize the content and usage of data through the management of metadata.The content and usage of data are described and standardized,so that the integrated data is not just a simple physical aggregation,but more important is to unify the source of the data,clarify the meaning of the data and the information of the attribute constraints,and ensure the correct understanding of the data while integrating,to achieve the data integration.Through the integrated platform,the unified monitoring of the safety data of train objects is promoted,so that when problems are found,the data is shared with various professional departments in time to ensure the safety of freight transportation.
