In this paper, the sintering properties, electrical conductivity and chemical stability of a new high-temperature proton conductor hafnate is systematically studied, and a novel proton conductor hydrogen permeable membrane was prepared. The SrHf1-xInxO3-?(x=0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25)(SHI)and CaHf1-xInxO3-?(x=0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25)(CHI)were prepared. The XRD pattern shows that the samples all form simple perovskite structure. The total conductivity of SrHf0.80In0.20O3-?in humid air could reach 1.17×10-3 S·cm-1 at 700?.The XRD pattern and thermogravimetric analysis showed that the SHI samples had good chemical stability in H2O,CO2 and H2atmospheres.BaHf1-xInxO3-?(x=0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30)(BHI)samples were synthesized by solid state reaction. The XRD and XPS spectra indicated that In3+had been effectively incorporated into the lattice structure of BaHfO3.The SEM image of the sample showed that the BHI sample was very dense, and the conductivity was the highest at x=0.25.The total conductivity of BaHf0.75In0.25O3-?could reach 3.54×10-3 S·cm-1 at 700?in wet air.The BHI had good chemical stability in H2O,CO2,and H2 atmospheres. The BaHf0.75In0.25O3-?hydrogen membrane had a hydrogen permeability of 0.03 mL·min-1·cm-2 at 900?and a gas distribution of 50%H2/He.The proton conductor BaHf0.8In0.2-xFexO3-?(x=0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)co-doped with Fe and In is prepared. All samples had formed a perovskite structure, and no impurity phase was formed. At the same time as the formation of the dense electrolyte conductor, the conductivity of BaHf0.8Fe0.2O3-?in wet air at 700?was 2.23×10-2 S·cm-1.The sample had good chemical stability in H2O,CO2,and H2 atmospheres. The BaHf0.8Fe0.20O3-?hydrogen membrane had a hydrogen permeability of 0.25 mL·min-1·cm-2 at 900?and a gas distribution of 50%H2/He.Figure 43;Table 10;Reference 83...
