Research On Evaluation Of Safety Management System In Coking Enterprise

The rapid economic development has prompted people to pay more attention to safety issues.However,China safety management is still incomplete in various aspects,resulting in frequent safety accidents,causing casualties,property damage and environmental pollution.Relevant national organizations and international standardization organizations have issued a series of safety management system standards for different safety issues to prevent safety accidents and improve safety management efficiency.Although each system standard has its own different emphasis,many elements have overlapped in the daily operation of the system.The integration of system standards can integrate work links with the same or similar functions to improve the efficiency of enterprise resource utilization,simplify the enterprise work process,and internal and external review work.The four types of system standards of coking enterprise safety management was taken as research objects,a hierarchical element integration method was used to conduct a comparative study of the four types of system standard elements,and the framework of coking enterprise safety management system was constructed.The maturity model of the coking enterprise security management system was built by using the project management maturity model for reference,the network analytic method was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index,and the system maturity level was calculated using the grey comprehensive evaluation method.Due to the large amount of data and the complicated calculation process,using the software Super-Decision and MATLAB to calculate the evaluation index weights and maturity levels.Conclusions are that this enterprise has done very well on the two aspects of equipment and facilities management,risk management and controlling,and danger hiding.While the leadership and commitment,education and training,and safety investment are the work link of the enterprise that requiring major improvements.Through the empirical analysis,the feasibility of the maturity model is verified.Figure 9;Table 21;Reference 62...
