| Polyacrylate emulsion is product of many kinds of acrylate monomers and other vinyl ester monomers by emulsion polymerization.For light color,light preservation,heat and weather resistance,good stability,low price,simple synthesis and clean process,polyacrylate is widely used in coatings,textiles,adhesives,medical polymers and other fields.However,there are still some shortcomings,such as narrow damping temperature range,poor water resistance,low tensile strength and so on.Therefore,polyacrylate emulsion needs modified.In this paper,five kinds of hindered phenol acrylate macromonomers(HP-I-H)were successfully prepared by IPDI bridging with hindered phenol AO1035、 AO80、AT245、CA and AO1010.HP-I-H and other acrylate monomers were used to prepare hindered phenol polyacrylate emulsion(HPPA)by emulsion polymerization.It integrates hindered phenol structure into the polymer side chain by chemical method,in order to realize a kind of intrinsic structure damping acrylate material.DMA datas show that the damping temperature range(TR)of some materials can reach-80 ℃ ~ 200 ℃,the damping property is excellent.In this paper,octafluoropentyl alcohol(OFIP)and hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP),were bridged by IPDI to prepare fluorinated acrylate monomers(F-I-H).F-I-H(or TRFA)were used to prepare fluorinated polyacrylate(FPA).Compared with the surface free energy of the three kinds of materials,it is found that with the increase of organic fluorine content,the water contact angle increases at first and then decreases,and the water contact angle of FPA3 is the largest and the surface free energy is the lowest.In this paper,damping-fluorine bifunctional polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by two methods.One is FHPA,made of HP-I-H with PA core monomer and F-I-H/TRFA with PA shell monomer.DMA datas show that the TR of TFCA,174.33 ℃,is the widest,TA is the largest,Tg is the highest,and the damping property is the best.The water contact angle of HFCA is the largest,and the surface energy,dispersion force and polar force are the lowest.In addition to the gradual increase of the tensile strength of OFCA,the tensile strength of FHPA increased at first and then decreased with the increase of aging time,and the tensile strength of FHPA reached 10 MPa after 48 h of aging,and the elongation at break of HFCA reached 278% after 48 h of aging.The other is design and preparation of 12 kinds of noval structural materials,which is using the large steric hindrance of hindered phenol AO1010 by bridging OFIP and HEA through IPDI in different proportions.Then FDA was obtained.The DMA data show that the Tg of HFDA6 is the lowest,the tanδpeak is the highest,the TR is more than 200 ℃,the TA is the largest and the damping property is the best.The water contact angle of HFDA1 is the largest and the surface free energy of 84 °is the lowest.After HFDA3 aging for 96 h,the tensile strength of all FDA was the highest,reaching 15.12 MPa,and the elongation at break was the longest(288.54%)after aging for 48 h.All data show that the damping capacity,water contact angle and aging resistance of FDA are better. |
