2-Methyltetrahydrofuran?2-MTHF?is an important pharmaceutical intermediate and a new type of green solvent.Compared with the traditional solvent tetrahydrofuran?THF?,2-MTHF has a moderate boiling point,is easy to separate from water,and has a suitable Lewis base strength,so it is widely used in organic chemistry and commercial resin industry.2-MTHF has excellent combustion performance and can also be used as a gasoline additive.Under the premise of normal engine operation,the proportion of 2-MTHF added to gasoline can reach 60%.Therefore,the research of 2-MTHF synthesis has received extensive attention.Hydrogenation of 2-methylfuran is used to prepare 2-methyltetrahydrofuran.At present,the liquid phase hydrogenation reaction is widely used in the industry.The precious metal Pd catalyst is used and the reaction pressure is higher?> 8 Mpa?.The cost of the catalyst is high,and it is easy to form a slurry catalyst after use,which is difficult to recover.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a non-noble metal catalyst for the preparation of 2-methyltetrahydrofuran by gas-phase hydrogenation of 2-methylfuran and a mild reaction process.Therefore,it is the task of this paper to develop a high-efficiency gas-phase hydrogenation to prepare 2-methyltetrahydrofuran instead of noble metal catalysts.At the same time,the reaction conditions must be optimized to optimize the performance of the catalyst.These basic theoretical studies are of great significance to industrial applications.In this paper,a new type of mesoporous silica?m Si O2?was first prepared as a catalyst carrier,and then the ammonia / evaporation method was used to prepare Ni/m Si O2 catalyst.Ni loading,reduction temperature,calcination temperature,reaction temperature,pressure,The effect of H2/2-MF ratio and liquid hourly space velocity on catalytic performance.On this basis,the additives Ca,Zn,Mg,Ce and Zr were added to the optimized catalyst to study the effect of the additives on the catalyst structure and catalytic performance.In this paper,ammonia / hydrothermal method was used to prepare Ni/m Si O2 catalysts with different Ni loadings,and the effects of the preparation method on the interaction between the catalyst-supported metal and the support,the catalyst structure and the catalytic performance were studied.The experimental results show that the catalyst prepared by the steam distillation method is calcined at 600°C with a 20% loading capacity.It is reduced at 600 ° C before the reaction.The reaction temperature is set at 100°C,at a pressure of 1.6 MPa,and the H2/2-MF ratio is 5.4,The liquid hourly space velocity is 1.64 h-1,the catalyst has a very good catalytic performance,the conversion rate of 2-methylfuran is 100%,the selectivity of 2-methyltetrahydrofuran is 99.1%;Performance has been reduced.Under the same conditions,different ammonia loading catalysts were prepared by ammonia-hydrothermal method.The 10% catalyst had the best effect,the conversion rate was 100%,and the selectivity was 92.4%.However,the performance is lower than that of the catalyst using only the ammonia distillation method.
