Problems such as serious groundwater pollution and deterioration of the aquatic environment have become major factors restricting the sustainable development of the economy and society.Therefore,there is an urgent need to carry out groundwater pollution treatment and remediation.Accurate identification of contaminant source information is a prerequisite for efficient treatment and remediation of groundwater pollution.However,the spatial variability of aquifer parameters adds difficulty to the accurate identification of contaminant source information.At the same time,solving efficiency and accuracy is also a major problem.Although many scholars have conducted research,how to solve the problem of groundwater contaminant source identification under uncertain conditions is still a challenging topic.Based on the simulation-optimization theory framework,this paper first introduces the Fast Harmony Search(FHS)algorithm into the field of groundwater contaminant source information recognition,and couples it with groundwater flow simulation software MODFLOW and groundwater solute transport simulation software MT3 DMS to establish and determine Under ground conditions,the simulation-optimization model of groundwater contaminant source information recognition is applied to solve the problem of identifying ground contaminant source characteristic information(including the identification of contaminant source concentration,leakage time and location)under the condition of aquifer parameter determination;To deal with the uncertainty of the objective function of the optimization model caused by the spatial variability of the permeability coefficient,a Noisy fast harmony search(NFHS)algorithm is proposed and applied to the identification of groundwater contaminant sources considering the variation of the permeability coefficient.The optimization results of the calculation examples show that: the FHS algorithm can accurately and efficiently identify the contaminant source characteristic information of a single contaminant source or multiple contaminant sources coexisting under certain conditions;the newly developed NFHS algorithm can solve the problem of groundwater contaminant source information recognition considering the spatial variability of the permeability coefficient,And whether it is a scenario where a single contaminant source or multiple contaminant sources coexist,the NFHS algorithm can obtain the statistics of contaminant source information that is close to the actual result.The research results in this paper not only provide new methods and ideas for the accurate solution of groundwater contaminant source information identification problems,but also provide basic data support for the subsequent treatment and remediation of groundwater pollution.
