In recent years, the problem of energy shortage is very prominent. In order to cope with the various problems that follow, countries around the world regard the development and application of new energy as the focus of development, and fuel cell vehicles have also developed rapidly. The catalyst occupies the core position in the fuel cell, and its activity is directly related to the performance of the fuel cell.Improving the hole defects and heteroatom defects of the catalyst materials is the effective way to increase the active site, which can improve the electrocatalytic activity and thereby improve the performance of the fuel cell.On this basis, this paper selects biomass waste paper as raw material, then designs and prepares the biomass porous carbon. In the oxygen reduction reaction?ORR?,biomass porous carbon has remarkable catalytic effect and good stability. The main research results obtained in this paper are as follows:Biomass waste paper is used as a raw material, and a high concentration of Zn Cl2solution is used as an ionic liquid, through dissolution pretreatment, partially dissolve cellulose in the biomass waste paper to obtain a resilient biomass glue, subsequently, the biomass glue is carbonized at high temperature to obtain biomass porous carbon.By adjusting the concentration of ionic liquid, carbonization temperature,to explore the best experimental conditions. The experimental results show that the biomass porous carbon obtained at a carbonization temperature of 800?has obvious advantages, including a large specific surface area?1290.4559 m2/g?and a high electrocatalytic activity. The specific performance of the electrocatalytic effect is as follows:the value of the initial potential(Eonset)is 0.89V,the value of the half-wave potential(E1/2)is 0.80V,and the stability exhibited is also high.In order to investigate the effect of nitrogen atom doping on the electrocatalytic activity of biomass porous carbon, based on the above experiments,a high concentration of Zn Cl2solution was selected as the ionic liquid,NH4Cl and urea were used as nitrogen sources, respectively,to prepare nitrogen-doped biomass porous carbon. The experimental results show that when doping NH4Cl and urea with a concentration of 0.5mol/L,respectively,samples named NHWPC-0.5-800 and NAWPC-0.5-800 were prepared, and their electrocatalytic activity was improved on the original basis. The initial potential of NHWPC-0.5-800 reached 0.90V,the half-wave potential reached 0.82V,and the initial potential and half-wave potential of NAWPC-0.5-800 reached 0.91V and 0.84V,respectively.Finally,Na OH/urea solution was used as the ionic liquid to explore the ORR electrocatalytic activity of biomass porous carbon under different mass ratios of Na OH,urea and biomass waste paper. When the mass ratio is 7:12:7,the specific surface area of the biomass porous carbon reached 2,446.5373 m2/g,in the process of oxygen reduction reaction?ORR?,the efficiency of electrocatalysis is high, and the initial potential(Eonset)and half-wave potential(E1/2)reached 0.84V and 0.75V,respectively.
