At present,in the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy,with the deepening of the market for the survival of the fittest and the objective choice,more and more iron and steel enterprises have begun to use the strategic vision,scientific management,efficient production organization to improve their core competitiveness.In such a severe market situation,A company,as a large state-owned steel enterprise,wants to maintain its market competitiveness,it is necessary to change its own management mode,especially to strengthen the management of the grass-roots level.Through investigation,it is found that,as a large state-owned steel enterprise with a history of nearly one hundred years,A company has created many brilliant achievements,but the old management system of the grass-roots level has become more and more weak in modern management: standard operation is not standardized,the implementation of the "process of obedience" is not in place,the accident assessment methods are not scientific,staff promotion means,employees psychological state of poor are becoming increasingly prominent.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs the implementation plan of the job length system.Through the implementation of the operation length system and the flat management system of the five system,in order to simplify the management process,stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees,train the team spirit of the staff,and make the homework a comprehensive manager at the grass-roots level in the real sense."The agent of the factory director in the front line".
