China has become the first casting production, but not a casting powers.most of the castings produced is not of high grade cast iron pieces, especially high-quality high-quality casting alloy castings production too few, not many modern equipment to produce high-quality castings.Because Centrifugal casting method is a modern developed new technology, so there have many types of centrifugal casting equipment, but Styling products are still very few, especially nonferrous alloy centrifugal domestic4meters large horizontal cantilever casting machine is still relatively blank, related documents are not many, and our province is still not fully in line with the large-scale production of copper-based alloy centrifugal casting equipment.The task cooperation and Yongcheng machinery limited company completed the design of large centrifugal can use4.2meters in diameter mold casting equipment, the main topic of research and design work as follows:1) On the basis of the data provided by the company, the auxiliary design of large cantilever centrifugal casting machine.can satisfy enterprise modern production requirements, and size, can casting diameter and structure form consistent with the existing condition of the enterprise.2) Through3D CAD design software of large cantilever centrifugal casting machine to establish3D data model.and analysis of stress strain analysis and mode of its key parts were carried out by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,ensure that under certain conditions the centrifugal casting machine can achieve the necessary mechanical requirements.3) through the design of virtual instrument software LabVIEW to establish a centrifugal casting machine process monitoring software system, and through the corresponding hardware facilities, design of a real-time monitoring of the important parameters of the casting process, this process monitoring system is able to deal with the monitoring data.Because the project design time, professional level and laboratory work conditions, this paper has a lot of contents need to be further perfected, For example:Machine in high temperature, high working environment in the working state of the cantilever centrifugal casting, multivariable coupling therefore only by analyzing the temperature, speed and force factors of the centrifugal casting machine is a systematic analysis to make the results more close to reality; In addition because of the limitation of conditions, the signal source of centrifugal casting machine process monitoring system for the simulation, therefore, also need to be adjusted and applied to industrial production of design software program.The above content in a certain sense can provide a scientific design ideas and theoretical basis for the development of related domestic centrifugal casting equipment products, and certain other types of casting equipment design reference.
