Application Research Of Inspection Robot In Chlorine Production Workshop

The inspection of chlorine production workshop has the problems of low efficiency of manual inspection,low integration rate of fixed sensors and high cost.In order to solve the above two problems,this paper studies an embedded inspection robot,and designs a inspection system using video image detection technology and sensor technology.This method solves the shortcomings of limited "smell" range of fixed point sensor,and uses "vision" and "hearing" to find the leakage position more accurately.The system includes patrol inspection end,cloud end and PC end.Patrol terminal is a patrol robot,equipped with multiple sensors and a webcam.The sensor can detect chlorine concentration and air quality parameters and transmit them to the cloud through GPRS.In addition,the robot transmits the leakage picture to the PC control terminal through Wi Fi.Onenet(cloud platform)is responsible for saving the data from the inspection end and forwarding it to the PC monitoring software.In addition,it can also issue the command to control the robot,realize the remote control of the robot from the PC end and online monitoring of the chlorine concentration in the workshop.At the PC end,an open CV(cross platform computer vision library)based chlorine detection and tracking algorithm in the leakage area is designed,and the RGB color model of chlorine is established.In addition,the control interface based on QT framework monitoring is designed,which can obtain parameters such as chlorine concentration in the cloud platform data flow,and display them with qlcdnumber control in the interface.Click the control to display the corresponding environment parameter curve.
