In the field of geophysical exploration,rock elastic moduli is an important parameter,which has certain guiding significance for predicting oil and gas reservoirs.In the laboratory,various methods can be used to obtain the elastic moduli of rock,and then to understand the elastic properties of rock.The lab has a wide range of equipment with different test functions,and the use of highly automated test equipment helps to improve test efficiency and accuracy.The paper is aimed at the original set of dynamic and static rock elastic parameter testing system in the laboratory.Now it is necessary to increase the multi-component longitudinal and transverse wave testing function,static stress-strain and vertical and horizontal wave pressure state testing,and improve the actual test level of the original system.Based on the functional characteristics of the corresponding advanced test equipment abroad,a multi-channel switch instrument was designed and manufactured,this instrument was used to test the five-component longitudinal and transverse wave test recording program,stress-strain and vertical and horizontal wave pressure state test conversion software under the same pressure state.The related instruments and test recording software have obtained good results through actual test experiments.The switching between five different signal sources and the recording of test waveforms can be completed in one second,and the switching between two different test methods can also be realized and a record of the test results.
