As we all know,the surfactants used in oil displacement in China are mainly heavy alkylbenzene sulfonates and petroleum sulfonates.The heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate is poorly universal and has a small annual yield.Industrial production requires not only the oil displacement effect but also the cost of synthesis of surfactants.Most of the synthetic raw materials of petroleum sulfonate are derived from the petroleum fraction itself,and the raw materials are widely available and the price is low.The preliminary work indicates that under the premise of proper molecular weight,the petroleum sulfonate with higher aromatic content and the target crude oil have low interfacial tension,which is in line with the requirements of petroleum sulfonate for oil displacement.In this thesis,the petroleum fraction with high aromatic content was selected to determine its molecular weight distribution and aromatics content.The screening conditions of the high aromatics fractions were investigated.The sulfonation reaction temperature and sulfonation time were mainly investigated.And the influence of parameters such as acid to oil ratio on the interface properties of the product.The synthesized petroleum sulfonate was characterized,and the content of the effective component and the salt content of the synthesized petroleum sulfonate were determined.The properties of the synthesized high aromatic hydrocarbon petroleum sulfonate were determined.The effects of synthetic high aromatic hydrocarbon sulfonate concentration,salt concentration,temperature and alkali concentration on the interfacial properties of ASP system were investigated and discussed.On this basis,the effect of compounding high aromatic hydrocarbon petroleum sulfonate and heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate was studied.And the stability of the ASP system solution in which the high aromatic hydrocarbon sulfonate was disposed was determined.Finally,the ASP system synthesized by the high aromatic hydrocarbon sulfonate was evaluated for oil displacement efficiency,and the alkali concentration and surfactant concentration of the ASP system suitable for oil displacement were optimized.The results show that the reaction time,sulfonation temperature and ratio of acid to oil have a great influence on the interfacial properties of synthetic petroleum sulfonate products.In the ASP system,the interfacial tension between the ASP solution and the target block oil can be ultra-low,and the interfacial tension decreases first with the increase of petroleum sulfonate concentration,salt concentration,temperature and alkali concentration.Elevated relationship.The synthetic high aromatic hydrocarbon petroleum sulfonate has good compounding property with the heavy alkylbenzenesulfonate,and the stability of the ASP system solution configured by the high aromatic hydrocarbon petroleum sulfonate is good.The ASP system solution prepared by using the synthetic high aromatic hydrocarbon sulfonate solution was used for the displacement experiment.The ultimate oil displacement efficiency can improve the recovery factor by more than 20% on the basis of water flooding recovery rate,which meets the site requirements.
