In this paper,studied the process of oil-displacement agent of petroleum sulfonate with the refined oil that extracted from the second line of distillation furfural used as raw material,SO3 as sulfonation agent and the sulfonation reactor made by gas-liquid mixed type.The NMP-H2O mixed solvent was used on the refining of the second line of distillation furfural extract oil,with the index of the yield and colloid content of refined oil,the purification process of second furfural extract oil was determined,the hydrocarbon composition and viscosity temperature properties of the second furfural extract oil and refined oil were analyzed,the sulfonated raw materials with low content of aromatics and rich colloid were prepared;the effects of the quality of feed temperature,air pressure,raw oil/SO3 feed ratio,SO3 gas volume concentration and temperature on the export of sulfonic acid sulfonation process were researhed,the conditions are suitable for the determination of sulfonation process.The composition of petroleum sulfonate products,the dynamic interfacial tension and interfacial activity of petroleum sulfonate products were measured,the characteristics of the average equivalent distribution of petroleum sulfonate were analyzed and infrared;the petroleum sulfonate adsorption properties,emulsifying properties and oil displacement efficiency were evaluated.Considering the colloid content,yield and NMP dosage of the refined oil,the optimization refining condition of the second line of distillation furfural extract oil NMP is:NMP mass fraction of water is 6%,the mass ratio of NMP and the second line of distillation furfural extract oil is 0.9:1,the deposition temperature is 50 ?,settling time is 20min.The regulation of NMP-H2O mixed solvent extraction refining solubility and selectivity,the yield of refined oil reached 88.5%,aromatic content was prepared as 53.2%,0.4%of the raw materials for sulfonated resin content in refined oil,colloid removal rate reached 96%,the refined oil viscosity temperature properties were improved;with interfacial tension and active material content and unsulfonate oil than as the index,the gas-liquid mixed flow type sulfonation reactor,sulfonation process optimal conditions:the feed temperature is 40 ?,atomizing air pressure is 3kg/cm2,the quality of raw oil of/SO3 feed ratio is 9.5,the volume concentration of SO3 gas is 10%,the outlet temperature of sulfonic acid is 70 ?.The content of active substances in petroleum sulfonate products is above 48%,the quality of non-sulfonated oil is lower than 25%,and the quality of inorganic salts is less than 7%.Petroleum sulfonate 0.1%?O.3%mass fraction,the mass fraction of Na2CO3 0.6%?1.2%,the interfacial tension of ternary system and the composition of HPAM was lower than 10'3mN/m magnitude.The infrared characteristics of petroleum sulfonate active agent and non-sulfonated oil were compared and analyzed.The stretching vibration characteristics of S=O bond(1050cm-1 and 1180cm-1)were obvious.Petroleum sulfonate equivalent is mainly distributed in the 380?540 region,both water-soluble sulfonate,the oil soluble sulfonate composed of a mixture is very complex;petroleum sulfonate CMC value is 1.5mg/mL,surface tension and critical micelle concentration of about 30mN/m.For the weak basic ternary system,the adsorption is mainly concentrated in the initial contact stage,and the maximum amount of adsorption was achieved at the first time,reached 2.6mg/g sand.In the adsorption of the second to the fifth times,the adsorption capacity decreased greatly,and after sixth adsorption,the adsorption capacity was very small.The water rate and water separation rate low petroleum sulfonate concentration and low concentration of sodium carbonate ternary system are low,emulsion stability,emulsion stability and high concentration of petroleum sulfonate with high concentration of sodium carbonate three system variation.In the emulsions and emulsions with low petroleum sulfonate concentration and low sodium carbonate concentration in ternary system,the proportion of small particles below 2m is higher than that of high petroleum sulfonate concentration and high sodium carbonate concentration ternary system.The chemical flooding recovery efficiency of petroleum sulfonate is higher than that of heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate in weak base ternary system.The synthetic petroleum sulfonate three element system has good adaptability to artificial cores and Beret cores,and has lower chemical recovery in natural cores.In the light of petroleum sulfonate,the chemical flooding efficiency of the three element system with weak base is higher than that of alkali.The chemical flooding recovery of ternary system with high concentration of HPAM is enhanced by other conditions.The reducing of the amount of chemical agent leads to lower recovery of chemical flooding in ternary system.In view of the crude oil from two oil production plants in Daqing,synthetic petroleum sulfonate has higher oil displacement efficiency.
