The basis of error compensation to improve the accuracy of CNC machine tools is the detection of error elements,so the high precision detection of geometric movement error of CNC machine tools is the premise of error compensation to further improve its accuracy.Including the perpendicularity of the nc machine tools are important influence parameters,the machining accuracy of machine tool spindle with the movement of the vertical degree between shaft reflects the machine shaft between the vertical state,determine the performance of machine tools,thus high precision and fast measurement in this paper,a verticality measuring method and corresponding measuring instrument is developed machine tool processing the problems to be solved.In order to solve the above problems,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign related studies,combined with the existing research group based on single-mode fiber coupling dual-frequency laser six-degree-of-freedom error simultaneous measurement system,research and design of a five-axis CNC machine tool between the axis of seven vertical measurement scheme.Three verticality errors between straight spindles were measured by the system.The scheme is mainly based on six degrees of freedom error measurement of the straight axis and the axis of rotation under the same benchmark,fitting the straight axis motion trajectory fitting axis and the average axis of rotation axis,and indirectly calculating the verticality error between the straight axis and the straight axis,and between the straight axis and the axis of rotation through fitting the included Angle of the two axes.The error compensation model was established by means of ray tracing,and the influence of system and optical component installation and machining errors on the verticality measurement was analyzed.The error model was simulated by ZEMAX software to verify the effectiveness of the error compensation model.At the same time,the ISO standard measurement method is used to compare with the system to further verify the feasibility of the experiment scheme and the error compensation model.Figure 41,table 1,reference 55.
