Research On Operation Safety Risk Control Of Urban Rail Transit

With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,more and more cities have opened rail transit lines,the mileage of urban rail transit operation is increasing year by year,and the scale of line network is also expanding year by year.Therefore,it is more and more important to study how to improve and guarantee the operation safety of urban rail transit system.This paper takes the operation safety risk assessment and hierarchical management of urban rail transit as the research object.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis on the current situation and Problems of urban rail transit operation safety.By means of analyzing the present situation and problems of the urban rail transit operation,and then respectively at home and abroad in the event of 186 cases of subway operation safety accident reason to classify statistics,the results show that vehicles,signal,power supply,passengers,staff are the main causes of metro operation accidents,once appear big accident,may cause great casualties and property losses.(2)Analysis of factors and risks affecting operation safety of urban rail transit.This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of urban rail transit accidents,main safety risks and operation safety influencing factors,and discusses in detail the human factors,equipment factors,environmental factors and management factors respectively,laying a theoretical foundation for the construction of urban rail transit operation safety risk assessment system.(3)Construction of urban rail transit operation safety risk assessment system.Through in-depth analysis and research on risk classification and identification,risk identification content and method,risk assessment index system,risk and opportunity control method,risk assessment criteria,etc.,the LC risk assessment and risk point identification and assessment process of urban rail transit operation safety are established.(4)A case study of a city subway operation enterprise.Metro companies operating in A city as the background,status quo by establishing risk classification standard within the enterprise of bow net relations,go to wireless transmission line department,track status,vehicle security control,energy consumption,passenger and other content,and made the classification of class A,B C control measures,so as to reduce enterprise operating safety hidden trouble,to verify the validity and applicability of the security risk assessment system.Through the study of urban rail transit operation is presented in this paper a security risk evaluation system,through the example,show that the proposed evaluation system can effectively reflect the status of urban rail transit operation safety and its law of development,effectively reduce the enterprise's operation safe hidden trouble,verify the validity and applicability of security risk assessment system.
