High pressure Low density polyethylene,also called LDPE(Low density polyethylene),generally for polymerization grade ethylene monomer,oxygen or organic peroxide as initiator,with propylene and propionic aldehyde molecules adjusting agent,the pressure250 MPa to 300 MPa,temperature 150 ? ~ 200 ? under the reaction conditions of polymerization and the product has excellent transparency and workability,mainly used for thin film products and injection products.The article selects shenhua yulin energy chemical industry co.,LTD.High pressure polyethylene plant as the research object,track record in 2016,2017 and 2018,three years of production data as sample to study.The device for operation in December 2015,the German company Basell design the product LUPOTECH TS ? high pressure tubular reactor technology,design product 14 brands,annual output LDPE pellet resin 300,000 tons.High ethylene unit consumption as the important factors that affect high pressure polyethylene plant efficiency,wide attention by practitioners.In this paper,by analyzing the reasons of high ethylene unit consumption,reasonable and effective solutions are put forward,through actual production test,effectively reduce the ethylene unit consumption to standard value of 1.012 t/t.This article main research content:(1)take tree analysis method,to find the root cause of the high ethylene unit consumption,through statistical analysis,it is determined that the main influencing factors are reactor wall adhesion,reaction thermal decomposition,ethylene leakage of part of heat exchange equipment,large leakage volume of compressor packing,more times of stop,and more unqualified products.(2)analyze the influencing factors of search,optimize the process operation condition,eliminate the hidden trouble of equipment and improve the operation level of employees,to reduce ethylene consumption(3)sorting data,summarize method of experience,for the subsequent production unit of "safe,steady,long cycle of run,full production,high quality products" aim to provide theoretical support.Through two years of production,adjusting and optimizing data tracking in nearly three years,has successfully solved a number of ethylene unit consumption of the technical difficulties,and in some areas to become industry standards,to achieve continuous operation cycle of continuous breakthrough,will eventually ethylene unit consumption stability under standard 1.012 t/t.
