In rural areas,due to the constraints of regional energy structure,technical conditions,transportation and storage costs,many farmers directly focus on in-situ burning of straw in order to save trouble.When the autumn harvest and summer are busy,it is the high incidence of straw incineration.Straw incineration destroys the soil structure,releases a large amount of harmful gases,and causes severe haze,which not only pollutes the atmospheric environment,but also endangers human health,and is easy to cause fires.Agriculture and environmental protection departments at all levels have adopted a variety of measures to prevent burning,and have continuously improved the straw collection and storage system to promote comprehensive utilization of straw.However,the phenomenon of straw burning has been repeatedly banned.At present,the traditional straw incineration monitoring mainly relies on manual ground inspections.The results of inspections are reported upwards by lower-level departments,which not only consumes a lot of time and manpower,is inefficient,but also has omissions and underreporting.The solution to the problem of straw incineration requires policy guidance to promote the comprehensive utilization of straw.At the same time,relevant departments need to strengthen the supervision of burning bans to achieve "combining dredging and blocking." Therefore,it is particularly urgent to research and develop a scientific and reasonable straw incineration monitoring and management system platform.Based on Baoding Qingyuan District Agricultural and Industrial Commission ’s regulatory requirements for straw burning,combined with the current status of Baoding telecommunications network,reviewing relevant literature and standards,and using today ’s mature technology and experience,this paper designs a visual monitoring system for Qingyuan straw burning The system and related implementation plans are used to guide project construction.The paper first puts forward the overall design goals of the system based on the straw incineration supervision requirements in Qingyuan District,summarizes the design principles and design ideas,and then designs the visual monitoring system for straw incineration.The front-end perception system,transmission system,and monitoring center of the three subsystems are designed in detail.Finally,the business functions are verified through the system software platform.The system realized the 24-hour intelligent electronic monitoring and full coverage of the agricultural and industrial committee of Qingyuan District for agricultural-related areas,meeting the business needs of timely detection of straw burning fire,proactive warning,accurate location of fire points,and notification and reporting.The system designed in this paper has strong practicability,which provides a strong support for the Qingyuan District Agricultural and Industrial Committee to improve the efficiency and comprehensive supervision of straw burning prevention.
